Spacious luxury villa with A/C near beach with private pool
Diese einstöckige Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern befindet sich im Viertel Vale do Milho in Carvoeiro, nur wenige Gehminuten von einem 9-Loch-Golfplatz und wenige Minuten von einem Strand und hochwertigen Restaurants entfernt. Die Villa verfügt über einen total privaten 10m x 5m Pool, der abgeschirmt werden kann, um kleine Kinder zu schützen. Poolheizung ist £ 120 pro Woche extra. Es ist eine kurze Entfernung vom Zentrum von Carvoeiro Dorf, das eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars sowie einen schönen Strand hat. Weitere abgelegene Strände von spektakulärer Schönheit können innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrt gefunden werden. Es gibt lokale Märkte und auch einen ausgezeichneten Supermarkt, der nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist, um alles zu kaufen, was man zum Grillen braucht. Diese Villa ist bei jungen Familien beliebt, aber auch bei Paaren, die eine ruhige und private Villa suchen. Die großen Terrassen sind besonders geeignet zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden und Essen an den schwülen Abenden mit einer Flasche oder zwei der ausgezeichneten lokalen portugiesischen Wein, während die Aussicht über das Tal bis zum Meer genießen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes 6ft Bett mit eigenem Luxus-Badezimmer. Die zwei anderen Schlafzimmer haben zwei Einzelbetten, können aber auch als Doppelzimmer konfiguriert werden, falls erforderlich. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich alle auf einer Seite der Villa, so dass kleine Kinder in der Nähe nächtigen können und der Schlafbereich vom Rest der Villa abgeschlossen werden kann. Die zwei Badezimmer sind brandneu und von außergewöhnlicher Qualität. Die Villa verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten und ist sehr gut geeignet, um zu Hause zu kochen und Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool zu genießen. Die Lounge ist geräumig und das große, separate Esszimmer trägt zur luxuriösen Atmosphäre bei und bietet mehr Platz zum Essen zu Hause. Es gibt einen Flachbild-TV mit einer Vielzahl von englischen Kanälen einschließlich Filmen und Sky Sports. Dies ist eine Wohnstraße in der Nähe des Ende einer Sackgasse so gibt es sehr wenig Lärm von vorbeifahrenden Verkehr. Ein Dienstmädchen besucht zweimal pro Woche und ein Hausmanager ist auch zur Hand. Eine sehr private, ruhige und idyllische Villa, die von allen unseren Gästen genossen wird.

This house was one of the best house we have ever rentes on Vrbo. Big, clean, nice pool and outdoor areas and very well equipped. The hostess was so helpfull and welcomming and the maid so sweet. The house is located in a quiet area, but close ti the beach and Carvoeiro center. We loved this house and hope to return!

We loved this villa, it was so amazing. Outside areas were awesome. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, it was just what we wanted. There was so much space and absolutely everything that we needed. Clare was really helpful and friendly. I would love to return!

Just back from our stay at this villa. Communication pre-holiday was excellent; villa was just as listed, very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Opted to pay for pool heating and glad we did as meant kids could play in it for ages without getting chilly. Local beaches were lovely and we managed without a hire car; got an Uber when needed which was really easy and not too pricey either. Ate out a bit and cooked the rest of the time; kitchen was well equipped to do so. Didn’t have any issues at all; area was very peaceful and we had the chilled relaxing holiday that we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa and would happily go back ourselves.

You can't find better accommodations than this lovely villa! It is beautiful and has an incredible view of the ocean. Because it isn't right in town, it is very peaceful and serene. All the spaces, inside and out, are well appointed and comfortable. Even though we chose not to heat the pool, it was very warm due to the solar cover they use. We loved walking into town for both hiking and meals. We will definitely be back and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We stayed for a week while golfing in the area. Villa was excellent and exceeded expectations. The kitchen is well equipped and large lounge/dining area was very comfortable. Bedrooms are a very good size with plenty storage space. The outside seating areas and rooftop terrace would be fantastic spaces in the warm weather. The pool is fantastic. Very happy to recommend and hopefully will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Clare’s home. Situated in a beautiful part of the Algarve near the sweet town of Carvoeiro, the house has lovely views and is spacious and comfortable. Even though we were staying during the winter, the ocean was still warm enough to swim in and the patio of the house retained enough heat to enjoy being outside most days. AC wall heaters and the fireplace keep the house warm once the sun goes down. It’s easy to buy firewood on the main road to Carvoeiro. Apolonia is a great super market close by that has organic produce and very good fish and meat counters. The pool was very clean but it wasn’t warm enough to swim in for the first 6 days. After that it was lovely to swim in. We had challenges with appliances and/or heaters tripping the electrical switch regularly. Clare, Michelle and Elia, were all great at communicating and attending to anything that came up. As it was the holidays (Christmas/New Year) the electrical issue couldn’t be resolved fully but the management company is attending to this in the coming days. A lovely woman came to clean the house several times a week, keeping it spotless. We would definitely recommend this property.

Villa was huge and comfortable, communication was excellent and pool was lovely and warm with the heating. Kids spent most of the week happily swimming and splashing and enjoying food at Jota Lita in Carvoeiro. Many thanks for a fab holiday.

Within 10 minutes of arriving we were in the heated swimming pool !! Clare made the process so easy from providing clear directions to the villa to the very straight forward check in. The villa was exceptionally clean on our arrival with a thoughtful welcome package. The villa was a great size with plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 under 8 year old children in our party. The villa is set in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the nearest beach (10 minutes even with children). The main centre was further but could still be reached in about 25 minutes with possibly a taxi back. We all loved the pool and although we visited in October with the weather a little changeable we were in the pool everyday. We love Portugal and have stayed in Carvoeiro many times but this villa is by far our favourite and already looking to book a return. 5 star accommodation and hosts.

The villa is very homely with plenty of home comforts. We arrived very early in the morning and checkin was easy and Clare has left some groceries / water for us to get our stay started. The communication with Clare was always excellent. The But is given because we arrived to a dirty pool with green algae around the sides and bottom and it wasn’t cleaned until the day after. Even when it was cleaned it could have been better. Also we were not given the opportunity to change our pool towels. The weather was very windy at times and I had to spend considerable time and effort cleaning the pool cover before taking it off and sweeping the pool areas and netting the pool itself before we could use it. Some garden maintenance may have helped with this.
All in all a lovely stay and thank you Clare for letting us stay in a lovely villa and in a great location.

Really enjoyed staying at the property, beautifully furnished and communication was excellent throughout. Close to a number of lovely beaches including one that was just a short walk away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Algarve.

Honestly we had the best time! The villa has everything you need and is so accommodating for all ages! It was a little distance from the main town but for those of us fit and healthy we welcomed the walk in and for those not so, Uber was very handy! The beach was close by and fairly quiet which was nice and there were also local amenities within a short walking distance albeit a little hilly! Clare was a great communicator and helped massively with arranging transport to and from airport so big thank you! We would recommend without hesitation and hope to return again in the future! Thanks for a fab stay :)

Lovely villa in very peaceful location. Bit of a hike to/from the main village of Carvoeiro but all necessary amenities are nearby. Fantastic beach and beach restaurant close to hand. Communication with Claire, the owner, very good. Would certainly return.

This is one of those properties that has a happy feel to it, the moment you arrive. We were very sad to leave and would certainly stay here again when we visit the algarve.
Very private and very spacious Villa. From the photographs, you can't really tell how big the property is. This is far larger in real life and felt cavernous for our party of 4.
Everything about the Villa is superb. Kitchen, swimming pool, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. We cooked here every day and I can recommend the Apolonia supermarket for all of your food requirements.
No negatives I can think of. Be aware, the washing machine. is not available for your use and can only be used by the visiting maid.

We were blessed with excellent weather at the end of March and enjoyed the pool and spacious patio. There was a generous welcome package on arrival and the kitchen was well equipped for meal preparations. Three sets of sliding glass doors made access to the patio/pool from the dining room, living room and masterbed room very convenient. In fact, the best and most enjoyable feature of the villa for us was the easy transition from indoor to outdoor living.
The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood and the beaches, shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car. Clare, the owner was a delight to deal with, very prompt and courteous in responding to emails.
One thing that came as a surprise to us is that in spite of "maid" service 3 times a week, this is a self catering rental so that while there is toilet paper, soap and dishwasher detergent to get you started, you'll need to supply your own for longer stays. Regardless, we had an excellent stay and I would highly recommend Clare's property.

This lovely house in Carvoeiro was exactly as it was described and offer the perfect location and amenities for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. We enjoy cooking at the house, and we found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything we needed.
Housekeeping, pool cleaning and garden maintenance are done as described, keeping the premises neat and clean.
We opted to have the pool heated, which we enjoyed.
We communicated only with Clare who always answered questions promptly and was most patient when I had to ask for directions and instructions after she had originally sent the information.
We hope we have the opportunity to return to the house again on another vacation!

This is a beautiful & spacious home. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen with plenty of glasses, mugs, plates etc. Theses plenty of seating in the lounge & each bedroom has a dressing table area with lighting. The 2 bathrooms & clean & modern. The showers spacious.
The pool is the largest we've seen & very safe if you have little ones, as you can section it off. There's also plenty of sunbeds, parasols, sunshine, shade & space. The bbq came in handy & was well used.
A maid came in 3 times during the week & the pool man 3 times also. Again something I've never experienced in a villa rental.
The owner, Clare, was extremely helpful before, during & after our holiday. She responded very quickly to all our enquiries. We had reason to contact her twice when we arrived & both times she responded immediately & resolved issue within the hour. That's the true test of a genuine owner who cares about their guests experience. She also went above & beyond after our holiday, as we'd left a valuable item in the villa, which she returned to us.
We would happily return. It was a perfect family home.

Enjoyed a relaxing spring break at the villa. It is in a good location just outside of the main town, but within walking distance. Villa is well equipped and comfortable and the communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Vale do Covo was lovely. The house is well equipped, spacious and perfect for families. It doesn’t have air conditioning, but even so we found it to be manageable (we visited in August).

We spent one week in this house with a family of 4 (teenager children) during the Corona summer period 2021. Thanks a lot for the warm and welcoming hosting. All is perfectly organized and equipped. Much of space for us and would even be for 6 people. It‘s an awesome pool with everything you need to enjoy and where we had to pull our kids out every time (during this period unheated, but exactly the right temperature to refresh). The location is quiet and with a very nice view and a beautiful garden arrangement. Still to mention: you would need a car to get somewhere to the beach or in „town“. However the beaches, grocery’s or Golf playing options are only a short drive away, so nothing to worry. Comfortable beds and bath rooms as well as a fully workable kitchen will let you feel being home after 1 day. All is well maintained and so clean. Just that the regular cleaning service was not really necessary for us but anyway appreciated. Thank you so much, Clare, for guiding and hosting us with your 5 star communication. We‘d love to come back and explore more of the Algarve in the future..Take care!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vivenda Centianes. The villa is very comfortable and has lovely outside space, with views to the sea. It is a short walk to both the golf course and the beach and there are many good restaurants close by. Many thanks to Clare, the owner, who is thoughtful in ensuring guests have everything they need and was prompt and helpful during the booking process.

Despite the Covid-situation we spent 2 weeks in this lovely villa. With a grand terrace and a large pool it is perfect to spend the days in the villa, but the Algarve coast has too much to offer to only stay at home. Beautiful beaches to visit, nice restaurants in Carvoeiro and surrounding villages, a lot of supermarkets, Algarve shopping in Guia...
The contact with Clare was very nice, she was so helpful and responded quickly.
The villa itself is in a quiet area; with a (rental) car you can go everywhere and when coming home, you can park it in front of the house. The house was very clean, the beds are good and the new bathrooms are pleasant to use. And a great advantage; no musquitos in the house or on the terrace!! Lovely to sit outside and / or open the windows for some fresh air without being bitten :-). We will come back when heading for the lovely Algarve again!

Just returned from a wonderful holiday at this beautiful villa. The villa is very well laid out, spacious, quiet and so private. The pool is great and kept very clean. The villa owner and property manager couldn’t have been any more helpful with our questions before and during the holiday. Location is perfect walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the golf club (where they serve nice tapas). Walk back from the beach and the driveway is on a bit of a hill. We went with an 80 year old and a toddler so it was a little slow getting back but certainly not a comment to put anyone off. This villa and location is fantastic, we would certainly return.

It is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of pub , shop and restaurants. The house was perfect with a lovely view and a beautiful pool. I cannot recommend it highly enough
