Fantastic hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Room was spotless and quiet plus the breakfast was outstanding. The bonus is the underground carpark which saves you going outside in the rain

The pool water quality. I have a pool and have pool operator qualifications. The clarity of the pool is very poor. Chlorine and pH may be fine and water clarity is important. Pool need professional treatment for clarity. Also I would like to know when was the last bacterial and legionella testing of the water by a laboratory.

Lovely rooms, this was for a very special 40th birthday and so glad we chose here to stay. We have a beautiful suite overlooking the lake, room came with shampoo and conditioner amenities, room was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had full English buffet, pastry and yogurts, and at lest 7 different fresh fruits! It was lovely!

tHE RESTAURANT WAS VERY NOISY DUE TO BEING IN THE SKY BAR, A LITTLE DISAPPOINTING. WE ORDERED A STEAK FOR DINNER AND THE CHIPS WERE FROZEN ONES, I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED FRESH HOME-COOKED CHIPS IN SUCH A RESTAURANT. BREAKFAST WAS VERY POOR

My first time using this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Parking was easy, reception staff pleasant and very efficient. Very spacious and comfortable room.

One if the lifts was not working so had to wait a bit for lifts.

Second time staying at the hotel and was just as amazing as I remember. Excellent surrounding facilities including casino, restaurants, shops, bear Grylls adventure etc. Beautiful lobby with welcoming staff, very comfortable beds/rooms. The food for dinner served in the sky by the water restaurant was delicious. Very relaxing spa, will definitely look forward to returning again in the near future

I received a parking ticket for driving into the city centre (not the hotels fault obviously) but do check your vehicle against the new emissions zone as I was not previously aware of this
