The area is truly beautiful, close to Bolgheri, sea and all the wine estates. The patio outside the room was very nice too. The breakfast was delicious, so much choice, local cheeses, homemade cakes. Yum! And most importantly; the staff was so nice and helpful!! Would recommend to everyone and hopefully we’ll be back again :-)

Everything. The place is relaxing and classical Tuscany. The rooms are clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff was so kind and gentle with us, and the food over the top. Local cheese, wine and homemade cakes.

Rooms are noisy, not well isolated

The whole place is just stunning, with its beautiful alley, the vineyards and olive trees it offers the real Tuscany experience. The Chiappini family are wonderful hosts. They prepare a huge breakfast every morning with amazing homemade cakes, fresh fruit and a great selection of cheeses and cold cuts. This was by far the best breakfast we had on our 3 week trip through Italy. We also enjoyed the wine tour and tasting which was available at additional costs. Our room was spacious and clean. It also offered a veranda with views of the vineyards. We really appreciated their recommendations for aperitivo and dinner. All the places we went to were great. We will definitely come back.
