Water heater only in master bedroom. And is leaking. Hope the owner will repair it for the connivence for the next stay family.

The place is clean and neat, Comfortable for family staycation. Perfect location, easy for food hunting.

Water pressure is so slow. Hope you can upgrade it.

the house is very clean and spacious. even though penang is super hot but they have aircond in all three rooms and living rooms! near to airport as well! got toiletries such as shampoo and body wash provided as well.

The shower water pressure is remarkable. The kitchen is usable (used the electric cooker). The water dispenser's hot water is great. Internet was steady. The air conditioner is cold. Parking is really near (thank goodness, had to carry so many things.)

Curtains, windows, walls and carpets are very dusty, the toilet flush button is malfunctioning a little, the sofa gave everyone back pain (too hard), and the garbage bin is too small and does not have a lid, really sticky floors (maybe residue from floor cleaner liquid and not mopped away completely), entertainment on the tv is self-paid (no default channels), heavy rain and strong wind easily push rainwater through the old windows gaps.

Owner is very initiative! House clean and provide filter drinking water.

Air con not cool in master room and living room. 3th bedroom got musty smell. Water heater connection are leaking while switch on.

Location is good, owner is friendly, price also affordable.

The toilet is not clean. The floor is sticky, we mop again by ourselves. The wall is moody too.
