Very good location, good price / quality ratio, all available conveniences. Comfortable place for family vacation.

We have stayed here four or five times. Its great for us as its near the beach, huge supermarket within walking distance, Restaurants and bars are nearby. Its near a Tram station so Alicante City centre is only 30 mins away. This isn't Benidorm with endless bars and cafes etc and that helps to keep the area quiet. Maya, the lady who usually manages the apartment is an absolute treasure and a lovely person. Very highly recommend this apartment for a quiet location but easy to get to more lively places if you want that.

It had everything you need, it was really clean, it’s a 3 min walk to beach. Owner was really nice, offered us a late checkout (we had a late flight)

Wanted to ride the bikes, but noticed one had a flat tyre, so we couldn’t use them. But it was no issue for us.

This apartment has everything that we need. We have booked for the last three years and we have already booked for 2022. It's near to the beach, there are a few local restaurants who offer fantastic food, the metro station is very close, the apartment is spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Maya, the lady who looks after the apartment is a lovely person.

People who stay in this lovely apartment who don't have any respect for the property, the owner and for people who will visit the apartment after they leave. Previous tenants had broken one of the bicycles, broken the two beach chairs, broken the terrace umbrella, severely chipped the crockery. What is wrong with these people?

Perfect, the appartment had everything we needed

We have stayed in quite a few apartments around Spain but this is the best by far. It suits us 100%. We have already rebooked two weeks for 2020. Its clean, quiet, comfortable, very near to the beach and trams to Alicante. Maya, the lady who meets and greets you is very nice and helpful too. The two bikes and beach chairs were very appreciated. I cannot praise it high enough. Thoroughly recommended.

There is nothing to dislike

Absolutely amazing! I hope it's not our last vacation there. Perfect place - beach is few steps from apartment, shop just around a corner and Consum few minutes. Unfortunately we needed pharmacy and hospital bud our landlady arranged taxi for us and was very kind and helpful. If you're looking for a calm and very well furnished accomodation you're on the right adress here. Beautifil pool and very clean seaside. Recommended :-)
