Hotel zasługuje co najmniej na 4 gwiazdki. Było super. Polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi. Plaża przepiękna.

Good location, not so busy. Close to the beach.

Hotel is missing a lot of items which are on the bookings page… and for example you have to pay deposit for KETTLE , or tv remote controller which is a joke. No cups or glasses or plates in the room. Absolutely nothing in the room . The room wasn’t ready when we arrived and it was 8pm. Missing sheets, the door didn’t locked on balcony side. The food generally was ok however it could be more option to choose… poor entertainment, no music at the pool.

Los trabajadores genial. Amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. La limpieza y el mantenimiento de la habitación muy bien también. El primer día se descolgó una pequeña estantería del baño y, sin avisar a nadie, suponemos que la persona de limpieza avisó a mantenimiento y, esa misma tarde, la teníamos arreglada. Muy buen servicio.

Hay muchas escaleras para acceder a todos los puntos pero es algo estructural y antes de ir ya lo esperas.

Schönes Hotel, traumhafte Lage Das Essen war in Ordnung, viel Auswahl am Buffet Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und bei Problemen wird einem sofort geholfen.

Die Bar und der Animationsraum sind leider nicht so toll. Es gibt keine frischen Cocktails, sondern aus einem Automaten, nicht schön.

I ragazzi dell'animazione simpaticcissimi, molto preparati, bravissimi, spettacoli divertenti e diversi ogni sera, musica top. La vista mare è eccezionale, la mattina l'alba ti affascina. Il cibo buono e vario ogni giorno, temperatura sala ristorante un pò bassa. Pulizia della camera fatta ogni giorno, camera molto spaziosa, box doccia grande Servizio all inclusive completo anche di sera zona bar Davvero non capiamo che problemi hanno le persone che scrivono ''troppi gradini'' 2 rampe di scale affiancate da 3 laghettini artificiali su 3 livelli con pesci e tartarughe uniti da leggere cascatine ti accompagnano nel tragitto camera piscina/bar e hall/risotorante, molto scenografico, meglio fare 2 passi in più con tutto quello che si mangia in all inclusive. L'hotel è in una zona tranquilla ma a 2 passi ci sono un sacco di negozietti, localini e parchi gioco (2 minigolf, pista macchinine, alcune giostre per bambini La posizione dell'hotel è ottima ti permette di visitare tranquillamente tutta l'isola e le spiagge più famose belle e rinomate senza fare troppa strada in macchina nelle varie direzioni nord sud est e ovest, max 40 min distanza da aeroporto Palma 45min Lo consigliamo in tutto. Nice views and very nice staff.

Didn`t like the food too much, we mostly ate at other restaurants. We had all inclusive, but it wasn`t really worth it. The wi-fi was very bad, couldn`t complete any work. I had to stay on the couch from the reception to be able to finish some urgent work. There is no access for disabled persons, just lots of stairs. This is a place for families with kids, definitely not a hotel for couples. There are other things we didn`t like but we`ll just leave it like this as they are probably aware of the things that needs to be improved.

Vey cozy hotel and kids friendly, great food and all facilities. Beach is 5 min walk and I would say the most beautiful I have seen in Mallorca. A bit crowded due to high season but it doesn’t prevent you to swim, places are for everyone. Nice bar on the beach with good service. Every day entertainment for kids, very convenient. Parking is tiny bit you can park around the building behind the canteen. Thank you Calas Park for such wonderful vacation !

The food wasn't great and lacked seasoning and flavour although the freshly cooked meats were delicious. Just add a bit of salt to the food. Kids did not enjoy the slushes as they too lacked enough flavour Lots of stairs so if you are fit then you'd be fine, if not it could be an issue
