Susan went out if her way to welcome us & make our short stay great We ‘d been the victim of a road robbery leaving barcelona & she really made us feel that Spain was still a great place to be travelling. Being in nature with Christian from Andouin birding tours was a great thing to go even if birds aren’t your thing he is very knowledgeable about the area The hotel packed a picnic lunch & all was well with the world again ❤️

Quiet, clean and spacious. Easy to find along bigger road, not crammed into downtown, yet central for exploring Ebro Delta. Very friendly and helpful staff, good food.

Only one person in the staff spoke reasonable English although it was great that she did. Only a cable/satellite package on TV that didn't feature any local channels and thus no FIFA World Cup either - major MINUS! While the breakfast was excellent it was also a bit cumbersome and awkward. Basically a buffet but everything was behind a counter and one had to ask for each item separately which combined with the staff's lack of English (and my limited Spanish ofc) didn't work very smoothly. Luckily the hotel was almost empty and there was no line-up at the breakfast. When busy I can imagine it being quite annoying even without language barrier

Very clean and cozy rooms.

Great place for a relaxing weekend with family and friends. Nice swimming pool and playground area for children. Excellent restaurant in the delta area, don’t miss it! All employees are a 10 in attention and kindnesd, very friendly atmosphere, so different from the large impersonal hotel chains.

nothing, I would only say the twin bed downstairs was a bit soft, but not an issue if you do not suffer from backpain.

it’s a lovely peaceful setting in an authentic building. The staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly and the food is really good. it is excellent value for money.

Fantastic location right on the delta and the room faced out into a field of rice. The birds and wildlife were amazing to watch just outside our window. We biked directly from the hotel into the delta and they happily stored our bikes overnight.

I have a feeling that some of the staff may be overrun or over worked perhaps. There appeared to be a lack of care taken by some staff, perhaps because of this pressure. This didn't take too much away from the holiday but was noticeable and did put us off dining there despite nowhere else being open.

A nice place on the edge of Deltebre. A good central base. Staff were very friendly.

The room was a bit musty and the beds could have been comfier.

the fact that one room could accommodate 3 people was convenient.

it was in the middle of nowhere and the room smelled a lot like mould even after several hours with the window open. the view was a ditch and some motorised noise started very early in the morning outside.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. It's a nice place. We love that it's a place the kids can enjoy as well as us. And the pool was open so that was lovely. We will be back

Nice place to stay for a family with kids. There is a park area. My son loved the loft area in the room. The beds were comfortable the room was clean. Nice place.

Restaurant was a very unexpected gem. We thought we'd end up buying sandwiches from Lidl (everything is closed around in February) but ended up having a Michelin style experience.

Restaurant has not traditional dishes but food (elk but cooked in a differen Delta Styel) Lack of traditional food and overpricey. Lack of a menu in a "average" price.
