Nice location, a bit of a walk from the centre of Bad Schandau through the park, but feels pleasantly rural. Spacious. Very clean. Decent kitchen. In a characterful old building.

Some advance written info about how to get in would have been good; it was fine when I arrived as there was a phone number that was promptly answered and I was then told the key safe code, but I wasn't sure before I got there how I would get in. It would have been better if the room info had clarified that the balcony and terrace are communal rather than the apartment having its own private balcony, the room info just says "balcony".

clean, open, lots of space. Really surprised. Absolute value for money

The terrace and the building were very nice with a good view. The location was good, although a car is preferable.

The shower flooded the bathroom and hallway when showering for longer than a few minutes, and the temperature keeps turning itself back to 40 degrees regardless of what you set it to. The Wi-Fi was hard to connect to and very unstable at times.

Excellent place, very comfortable.

Only minor problem for us was that the instructions/rules in the room were all in German, but the staff that contacted us did speak English and the rest was not that hard to understand.

Perfect property and a great location next to both parks.

Most everything about the property was as advertised or better, except the internet didn’t function.
