Nice Pool, No neighbours, very quiet. The garden is very lovely!

Beautiful old stone house superbly renovated with all the modern amenities. The location is wonderfully quiet and private. The extensive grounds are maintained perfectly and with great care and attention and the pool is large enough to swim properly in. Just a sublime stay made even better by our extremely helpful and gracious and kind host Romano.

We stayed at this secluded vacation home and it exceeded our expectations! The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The home itself was beautifully designed with much attention to details and all necessary modern amenities. With a large backyard and entertainment options for kids available, keeping them engaged and happy throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

The holiday home is situated on top of a beautiful valley, with an amazing view over the mountains, the sunset and the valley below. The houses, especially the recently renovated ones, are spatious, have all the equipment you would want (and more) + feel like actual homes, a feeling which is intensified by the two indoor fireplaces. The extra fireplace-room is a nice place to have dinner. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very luxurious. The outside-area is incredibly large and perfect to have outside breakfast or just sit at the bench under the fig tree and watch the sunset. Romano was a very kind and flexible host who responded immediately to all of our questions. Overall, this is the best holiday-acommodation I've ever been too!

As was expected from the reviews, the wifi was not always stable and was especially weak on the top floor of the most right house. However, we all had to do work on our laptops on some of the days and this was not negatively impacted by the wifi.

Romano was a perfect hosts for us. He's available to help us at the house in Mavrici. The property is incredible: alone on the hill, at the end of a small stone path, no neighbours, with a pool and a view over Istria. Lot of equipments: bbq, everything you may need in the kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. Kitchen, rooms very charming and traditional.
