Location was fantastic.

The checkin process. I don’t speak Italian so was very confusing.

The location of the apartment is brilliant. Not far to the train station and easy walk into old town. There are a couple of good restaurants close by. We really enjoyed Alleria restaurant. Anna was good to communicate with.

Small bathroom.

The accommodation is very pleasant, centrally located, clean, comfortable. It felt good to "go home" after an active day. The kindness, flexibility and availability of the host made our stay perfect.

Only other comment: the mattresses are not very comfortable, time to change them

Locorotondo is charming and peaceful small town in Puglia. I am happy I picked it up for a base of our trip! And even happier that I found Casa Silvana apartment! Centrally located at walking distance from centre and restaurants, very clean, spacious and wonderfully equipped. It is one of the few properties that looks even better in reality than on pictures. Anna is a wonderful host, who immediately brought extra green tea upon my request, although she could ignore it, as she never promised this particular variety. She also gave us very helpful parking instructions and restaurant recommendations. I definitely recommend it to all Puglia explorers!

Very well equipped, well decorated and very comfortable apartment at a perfect location just several minutes walking from the historic center of the city. The check-in process is very convenient.

Very good place, beautifuly decorated, clean and very well located. Breackfast is offered in the gelateria accros the street, but in the kitchen you also find coffe, tea, jam, water and others. In 5 min you are in the old town, în 10 min at the train station. The bus is also close If you want to go to Alberobello, Martina Franca, Fasano, Monopoli or Bari. You can but tickets in the tabacheria, or in the Mappart agency. Very good comunication with the owner. We appreciate a lot that she accepted us to stay 2 hours more in the apartament, till we had our bus to Bari.

The owner of a property misled me about parking spaces. I was told that white lines near apartament means free parking and that's all. The owner didn't tell about the most important thing - every Friday there is a market on the street, so the police towed my car and I had to pay 120 euros in total. In responese the owner only said sorry. I'm going to court or to some other higher EU institution. Please don't support such people and avoid this apartment.
