This property was exactly what I was looking for. The location to the beach was steps away and centrally located to all Naples has to offer. Kimberley was a wonderful host making sure everything was perfect and checking in regularly to answer any questions. The unit smells wonderful, is fully stocked for your needs including complimentary laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and more. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach bags, floats and more for your convenience. I worked during the week so made use of the full kitchen and all utensils. Thank you for making this week memorable, stress free and hard to leave!

My host couldn’t have been more accommodating, patient and willing to make my stay perfect. The decor in the unit was bright and cheerful. Very nice studio apartment, walking distance to the beach. Kimberley was very accommodating and we had everything we needed.

This was the perfect place for my husband and me. Located so close to the beach, a beautiful private pool and balcony, and the building was quiet and clean. We will definitely be back! Kimberley and Pete were excellent communicators and promptly answered the few questions we did have! Highly recommend!

Amazing location to Vanderbilt beach, excellent communication by property manager. Loved the quaint space. Enjoyed spending morning and evenings on the Lanai. The kitchen had all the essentials to make our meals. The pool is well maintained and people were friendly.

What a little gem this property is. It is decorated so beautifully with nice amenities like beach chairs and umbrella. A five minute walk to the beach, in wonderful neighborhood. Kimberly is fantastic, provided detailed information for accessing the condo and lots of little hints. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going OK. Wonderful vacation and expierence.

Our stay was everything that was advertised and more. Really nice decor in the studio, so many outlets that we never had to take turns charging our phones, iPads etc and great quality of everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella). Being able to walk to the beach was great but best of all was having an owner who really cared about our experience. Kimberly checked in with us upon our arrival and during our stay. Will definitely go back.

This is a lovely studio minutes from the beach (You can hear the waves at night.). The WiFi is excellent and we were both able to work on the lanai without service cutting out. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Me and my husband enjoyed this condo. The area is nice and quiet, 5 minutes walk to the great beach with white sand. Lots of good places around to eat/drink. Kimberly was very nice to us, willing to help with any questions. Checking in and out was easy. No issues overall, would recommend this place to a friend👍

Great pool and friendly neighbours with a short drive to the grocery stores. Weather was great too! Kimberley was very helpful and attentive and made us feel very welcome. We loved it!

Fun beach studio, nicely decorated. Lovely pool area and quick walk to the Gulf. Quiet building surroundings and nice places to walk near the inland waterways. Kimberley is very nice and super responsive which is important for any questions. Great rental!

Great stay - beach and pool were steps away, food and groceries were all within a short drive, and the Everglades were close for some fantastic kayaking. The condo was clean and super quiet, and Kimberley was very responsive and helpful. Very restful vacation.

Location, Location, Location... You can't beat this one! We spent the month of February and couldn't have been happier. Very pretty (just as pictured), very clean, comfortable and excellent Host communication. What more could you ask for? Definitely 5 stars.

Loved everything about the condo, and the location. The host Kimberly and her husband were available at a monents notice if I had a question, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and comfortable as a woman travelling alone. I highly recommend this lovely host and property, and will definitely return.

The apartment was beautifully furnished in a great complex and just a short walk to an exclusive beach. Shops and restaurants were just a short drive away, so the location couldn't have been better. Overall a memorable stay and one we would definitely return to

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I visiting for one week in May 2018! We needed a quick and easy get-away from our home-town’s harsh weather and we were lucky to come across this pearl. It was the first time we reserved a condo (instead of a well-known hotel) and we were anxious to see if it was true to the photos and description. We were very pleased that it was! The layout was just perfect for two people spending a week of relaxation. We tried to spend most of our days at the beach, but when faced with some rain, we were happy to stay in and sit on the balcony and play a board game that we brought from home. We decided to have most breakfasts at the condo, so we picked up a few staple items from the grocery store and prepared a few meals in the cute kitchenette! We tried a few restaurants in the Naples area and we loved to sit on the patio practically on the beach (reservations required) at the Turtle Club Restaurant (9225 Gulf Shore Dr) - valet parking inc. – try to catch the sunset while eating or having a drink. We also had delicious dinners at Pinchers in Tin City (1200 5th Ave S) as well as Bayside Seafood Grill & Bar (4270 Gulf Shore Blvd N) – both near the water. The condo instructions provided were clear and helpful! The amenities were great! All the towels provided (beach and shower towels) were super helpful and the pool was so pretty and relaxing. We chose to swim in the pool a couple of times just before dawn. I regret not swimming there more! The closest beach is a 3 minute walk from the condo, and we were lucky to see turtles, pretty birds and other wildlife. We also explored other beaches during our stay and found that we loved the Naples Pier beach (25 12th Ave S, Naples). We set up right near the pier so that we can keep our snacks in the shade under the pier, but we set up the beach chairs right on the beach in the sun. We even saw dolphins on both visits. The $12 parking was well worth it for us! Check out the webcam: https://www.naplespanorama.org/ And finally we went to the Zoo on an overcast day – we really enjoyed the small Monkey Island tour, as well as Corey Billie's Airboat Rides (20610 Tamiami Trail E) – it was informative and an exciting ride! Naples is awesome and there is so many things going on. I went to 2 jazz concerts, the Symphony, and 2 pipe organ concerts. Plus 2 lectures from ex government officials. The beach is fantastic and the pool is great. I was totally relaxed by the time I left. Kimberley is great to work with and I would recommend this condo anytime you need a relaxing getaway!
