Das Penthouse Casa Amarela, befindet sich im dritten und obersten Stock. Es hat einen schönen Rund 50m2 Wohnzimmer mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Umgebung ist 100m2 Terrasse mit atemberaubender Aussicht.
Es gibt zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder und eine geräumige voll ausgestattete Küche. Alle Zimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.
Sie können mit die Treppe heraufkommen oder sie nehmen den Aufzug bis zum Penthouse.
Es gibt eine Villa Manager, die Sie erreichen können und alle Ihre Fragen beantworten können. Sie spricht fließend Niederländisch, Deutsch, Portugiesisch und Englisch.

Busse halten direkt vor Penthaus Casa Amarela. Sie finden hier auch Taxis, die Sie zum Flughafen bringen kann, der Golfplatz etc.. Sie brauchen nicht Notwendig ein Auto zu mieten, aber wenn Sie Reisen erstellen möchten, ist es schön bequemer.
Es gibt unbezahlte Parkplätze entlang der Hauptstraße und in der Nähe der Penthouse.

This property exceeded our expectations! The location couldn’t have been better with less than a minute walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The view off the balcony was exceptional, we opted to cook and eat out there more often than not.

Enjoyed our week. Apartment was beautifully light and well equipped. The balcony/terrace is the USP though. Really big and gets the sunlight from dawn til say 7/8pm.
Gabby the rentals manager was friendly and helpful. Would happily stay there again. The only downside is the cost of holidaying in Portugal. For a 2 bed apartment without a pool we paid just over £1500 for 1 week. Plus eating out in Portugal is also v expensive.. Think we'll be trying Greece or Turkey next year.

My husband and I stayed here for two wonderful weeks - our daughter and son-in-law joining us for a week. This apartment is absolutely perfect. The terrace is huge and has beautiful views of the beach (steps away) and town. We loved sitting out there with coffee in the morning, wine before heading out to dinner, lounging in the chaise lounges with our books. There are numerous great restaurants right outside the door - we tried so many (never cooked although the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked) ) and we never had a bad experience. Everyone was very nice and friendly- and most spoke some English. Rennie and her team (Gabby and daughter) were all very welcoming- and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity you could want. We all thought it was one of the best vacations any of us have taken, and we travel to Europe every year. We hope to return soon. Thank you Rennie for everything! We loved it all!

In the heart of town, Casa Amarela does not disappoint. The description, pictures and reviews are all accurate. We hesitate to embellish upon what has already been stated and then find it unavailable for our next visit! Suffice it to say that we had a wonderful holiday and that we were very comfortable and happy not only with Casa Amarela and its location but also with Rennie and all of those involved in managing and maintaining the property.

It was a wonderful 9 days in a beautiful apartment in what one might call paradise. We explored the Algarve from Sagres to Albufeira. And enjoyed every minute.
Gaby was wonderful and the cleaner was wonderful.

We have been enjoying our stays at Casa Amarela in Carvoiero for more than ten years and would highly recommend it.
The apartment is in the most amazing central location with views of the sea. Step outside and you are in the centre of Carvoiero with wonderful restaurants, bars and shops in fact everything you could want is on the doorstep.
The apartment itself is perfect with it’s rap around balcony, outside dining and perfect sunbathing areas.
Both bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning and there’s a great kitchen providing everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Needless to say we have already booked our stay for 2024. 😎

This is our third time staying at the wonderful penthouse apartment. Everything was up to its usual high standard, beautifully clean ( thank you Olga). and very well equipped. We had all our meals out on the balcony looking at the sea, who could wish for more. There are some lovely restaurants close by, with the sky bar just opposite, where you can have a drink while watching the sun go down . We thoroughly recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

I have been taking holidays in Carvoeiro since the 1980s. I have stayed in hotels, villas and apartments. This is undoubtedly the best appointed apartment I have stayed in. Very central location - which is a big bonus in times more out of season, though I think some people may find it a noisy venue in mid summer. Very close to the beach, & easy walking distance to many restaurants.
The owner & property manager were both really helpful.
I just loved my stay in this wonderful apartment, and cannot wait to hopefully stay there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is as described and the location was perfect for us. Spacious and open accommodations with a huge deck overlooking the best part of Carvoeiro and the coastal beach and cliffs. We would return!

This apartment was amazing. My Friend and I stayed 8 nights and it was simply breath taking.
The description is exactly what you can expect. The balcony was where we spent our mornings and evenings from coffee to night caps. I will be returning next year and hope to stay here again. I recommend this rental with a 5 Star rating+.

The Perfect Place
We have just returned from our annual holiday in Carvoeiro and the wonderful Casa Amarela which is without doubt the perfect place to stay.
It was our 7th time of staying at Cassa Amarela and it’s always the highlight of our holiday. From the beautiful large wrap around veranda to the truly excellent interior it has everything you need.
There’s a large well equipped kitchen, two lovely bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, two very modern bathrooms plus a large relaxing lounge .
Breakfast every morning on the large veranda with the great sea views it the perfect way to start your day . There are also four large sunbeds on the veranda for relaxing in the sun.
It’s unique location just adds to your holiday with the beach only a stones throw away. Great restaurants, shops and even a couple of small supermarkets are all within walking distance.
The apartment manager is available if needed and the lovely owner Rennie will make sure that you have everything you need.
Just don’t miss the chance to stay in this beautiful Penthouse…

We have been visiting Carvoeiro over a long period of time and have stayed in many lovely places but this apartment was one of the best. It is so central to everything just a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday . We booked pre COVID and with the airbridge decision being touch and go Rennie could not have been more flexible and understanding, she was helpful and very responsive. Our time flew by. When we next return to Carvoeiro we would stay here in a heartbeat.

Right in the heart of Carvoeiro, we found this spot to be perfect for hiking the cliff walk trails as well as for restaurant hopping and sight seeing. It was absolutely spotless. The only thing missing was a dryer and on rainy days it’s hard to dry your clothes.

Perfect location- in the heart of it all in Carvoeiro centre. We have visited this property twice now, everything you need is there, beach towels, ice box, parasol, beach chairs. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean, we had a 9 day stay this occasion, only wish we could have had longer! the apartment is in demand though. We had change of towels whilst there, & the apartment was cleaned half way through our stay. Beds comfortable - lovely walk-in showers ( 2 bathrooms)

We asked about a possible airport transfer to and from the apartment and this was even not a problem for her with a little more information. The transportation was excellent also. A 6 euros uber taxi will get you to the aldi supermarket for all your needs and it is far cheaper than the supermarkets in the town. But essentials are always available in the local shops. Pizzas to die for and cheap. Jomar snackbar/restaurant just a little further up the same street. Great food for little money. Superb Apartment
This is a really excellent property and I would highly recommend it to anyone to stay here. It was immaculately clean ( thank you Olga for looking after us), very well equipped with everything you could need and beautifully furnished and finished. Central location in the town of Carvoeiro is ideal with lovely views over the town and out to the sea. The huge balcony/terrace is the selling feature of this apartment and we spent so much time on there just soaking up the sun, enjoying the view and listening to the live music below in the evenings. The outdoor seating was great for meals with optional shade available with the very nice mechanical sun blinds - plenty of room for the sunloungers with comfortable cushions as well. We loved the terrace.
The booking process was easy and efficient with Rennie and Rob who manages the villa was helpful and pleasant. All in all, 100% for this apartment and we may definitely return in the future.

The Perfect Place
We have just returned from our 10 day holiday in the wonderful town of Carvoeiro where we were very lucky to have stayed in the beautiful Casa Amarela Penthouse apartment.
There’s no doubt that staying there was the highlight of our holiday as it offered us 5 star accommodation in a perfect location.
From the beautiful and very large wrap -around veranda to the truly excellent interior, the owner Rennie has made Casa Amarela the perfect place to stay.
There is an extremely well equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need , two lovely bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds and two beautiful bathrooms , one of which is the en-suite to the main bedroom.
There is a very large lounge and dining area but of course the beautiful veranda is the place to dine whilst enjoying the wonderful sea view. There is also a private lift to the apartment which, for the less fit of us, is perfect.
We have stayed in apartments and villas in the past but nothing has compared to the high quality of Casa Amarela. It’s unique location in the very centre of Carvoeiro certainly adds to your stay as there are numerous excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance .
The apartment manager is available if needed and the lovely Olga pops in to take care of it all a couple of times in the week and an amazing job she does to. ( thank you Olga )
Needless to say, we have already booked for next year as it was such a love.y holiday.

Wonderful vacation property.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. The location was ideal in a small beach community. We could walk to the beach and many restaurants. We liked it so much that we elected to stay local instead of exploring the rest of the Algarve region. It was very relaxing.
My 15 year old daughter really enjoyed the beach and checking out all of the local gelato stores!!
We are already thinking of booking it again!!

Amazing apartment - a true gem
Our stay at Casa Amarela was nothing short of fantastic. Despite the excellent reviews and photographs of the apartment, it still managed to exceed our expectations.
The apartment is very bright and spacious, and and nicely furnished. The layout is well thought out, and the numerous sliding doors allow for a nice breeze to come through. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of room to store additional items.
The apartment was very clean upon our arrival. We have rented numerous apartments through VRBO, but none were kept as well as this one. Olga was very nice and even came to clean one time during our one-week long stay. Robert, the property manager was nice as well and made himself available to us if needed, and Rennie was so easy to communicate with through VRBO. It was really a pleasure from start to finish.
The Terrace: The view from the very large terrace is superb. Every meal that we ate at home, we dined on the terrace. In fact, we ate more at home more because of the terrace. There is also a well-thought out door from the kitchen to the terrace making setting up for meals quite easy. And after putting the kids to bed, my husband and I would often sit out there and enjoy the night sky.
Location: The apartment is centrally located, overlooking the town square, and just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed the live music each night and took our kids down to join the great family atmosphere of what we referred to as "the party." We also explored many nearby towns and beaches and were about 5 minutes away from several major grocery stores. There is also a great walking trail up the hill, which can be seen in the photo from the terrace, which goes along the ocean.
We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. We hope to return one day very soon and stay for longer. It was really a memorable stay. Thank you for having us Rennie!

A well equipped and well appointed penthouse apartment with a stunning balcony overlooking the town
A superb location and place to stay in the algarve with easy access to many areas and beaches. Parking would be amazing asset. The live music was fun but sometimes went a little late

Fantastic apartment...but one niggle
Stayed for two weeks in May/June, fantastic apartment, brilliant location, very close to amenities. Very clean during our stay and Olga the cleaner was very pleasant and kept the apartment very clean, even tidied our shoes by the door :)
Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to enjoy the balcony at its best, better luck next time.
Our only niggle was that the lift to the apartment was out of order when we arrived, it was fixed a week later but unfortunately only worked for one day before breaking down again and remained unfixed for our holiday duration. Walking up the stairs was fine but a bit inconvenient as we were on a golfing holiday and had to carry our golf bags up and down the stairs each time we played.

Totally unique property
We had a fantastic 8 days staying here. The photos look amazing but the property is even better when you arrive.
Opening the blinds to a stunning view and an amazing terrace simply takes your breath away.
Carvoeiro is a lovely resort with beautiful coastal walks and an abundance of good restaurants.
The penthouse has everything you need and is immaculately clean. The shape of the building feels like you are in a lighthouse or windmill and Rennie and Bert have really added some lovely furniture and quirky little things like butterflies and sea shells to make the place look very magical indeed.
Overall we had a lovely week of mostly good weather and spent a lot of time on the terrace both during the day and when returning after a lovely meal in one of the many good restaurants.
Don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed and we hope to return soon.

Fantastic Penthouse with Awesome Views
We enjoyed our stay at Casa Amarela with its lovely amenities and views. The weather was unusually cool, windy and rainy in the early part of our stay. However, this apartment was so spacious and bright, it made a great place to hang out with a good book when it was not so nice to go out. We even used the fireplace some evenings to warm things up. We loved the central location of the apartment in town with the beach and many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Rennie and the property manager, Truus, were both very response to our requests.
