A short break with my daughter, her partner and 5 year old. House had enough space for me to get a bit of separation from the others which I needed at times. I was able to charge my car at the nearby Tesco and there were enough local activities to keep an active boy amused. Easy walk to the sea.

House was perfect for 6 adults. Plenty of room and spent a lot of time in garden. Parking enough for 3 cars. Short walk to beach/shops/pubs. Great location. Would recommend.

After 15 months of waiting because of Lockdowns and the like we got to Flint House. here! Well worth the wait! A really pleasant and very well appointed letting just a short walk from the centre of Sheringham. Spacious and comfortable downstairs with an excellent lounge and a very spacious kitchen diner area. A nice garden space for outside eating. The house host is excellent and communicated well with us. We will look to re-book the next time we visit the area.

Holidaying during a pandemic had challenges, but the quality of our accommodation was not one of them. Before we travelled, Phil was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries. We arrived at check-in time and had no problems collecting the key and getting straight in. Then we dashed straight to the high street (couple of minutes walk) for ice-creams and a stroll by the sea! Barely used the car all week - Sheringham is a lovely town and the cottage is well positioned for the shops and the sea-front. We went for lovely walks, played on the beach, ate ice-cream and fish and chips and I even had a very quick swim!

Very pleasant roomy house ,with excellent parking.We had a very comfortable stay while there for the week,Just a few points to help with the creature comforts.A four slice toaster would be nice.A couple of large mirrors near plug points In the bedrooms would be nice especially useful for ladies trying todo their hair.There is some damp appearing in the top bedroom and needs addressing especially as it’s been raining.Other wise a very nice break.

This property is ideally located to explore Sheringham and everything is literally a 5 -10 min walk away, and is also centrally located for exploring the North Norfolk coast and attractions are all just a short drive away. The house was perfect for us and our dogs and the garden is secure and enclosed for peace of mind. We had a fabulous time here and would highly recommend a stay here. I have a couple of minor points that I believe people should be aware of, We could not check-in till after 16:30 to allow for the extra cleaning for covid-19, however we felt that the cobwebs we cleaned suggest this wasn't so, however the kitchen and bathrooms/toilets were all extremely clean. At most properties we stay at, there is always a welcome pack and I feel that this is an important aspect to make guests feel truly welcome, so not receiving one on this occasion was disappointing ( a few basic supplies would not go amiss with a late check-in). The information booklet was out of date and some of the leaflets were no longer relevant (bus timetable 2018). There were only two hand towels in the property, but x1 bathroom and x2 toilets, the listing did say they did not supply towels and we had to bring our own, but I think they should be supplied. These are a few trivial observations on what was an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay but I believe that a honest review is important for the owner to consider. We would definitely stay here again and I can recommend the location as fantastic for anybody coming to the area for the first time and seasoned visitors alike for its great central location.

Holidaying in lockdown was interesting. Sheringham is a regular visit and it was great to spend time there. House was clean, tidy, well equipped and close to the see - we walked there every day. Communication was great, even during the stages when we thought lockdown would mean we would have to cancel Overall great.

Flint cottage was a wonderful place to stay in Sheringham. Five minutes from the sea, enclosed garden for grandson to play happily. Very well planned out and well equipped. All in all a lovely place to stay.

Just what we expected warm and cosy evening we needed catered well for us and there was 5 of us so highly recommended

The property was very lovingly restored clean & very well equipped. We had a wonderful time there celebrating birthdays with our family It will be on our list for a return visit

We’ve had an excellent weekend enjoying the 1940’s festivities. The cottage is lovely, very cheery, bright and immaculately clean with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We were pleased to find it was only a short walk in to town so it was perfect to allow us to nip back and chill out before venturing back into the crowds. As the weather was nice so it was great to be able to sit in the garden and enjoy the sun. Would definitely book here again. Also thanks to the lady who cleans who was worried we wouldn’t have enough light in the top bedroom so brought us an extra lamp from her own home after a bulb had blown and she couldn’t get a replacement to work. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Six of us stayed at flint house age range from sixty to five and had the best time. The property was lovely and clean with a lot of space. It had a really nice feel and was very welcoming. We walked to the beach at the bottom of the road and along to the right for a sandy beach. The shops were within walking distance. We can’t wait to go back again soon.
