This is a very pretty character home in a quiet residential back street within the old town and it was beautifully equipped so we could work from the kitchen table and cook in the kitchen. Claudia was an excellent and very kind host who communicated well and we enjoyed meeting. She also left us a practical basket of groceries for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again should we be fortunate enough to return.

Ummm.... I really can't think of anything, but if you have mobility issues, then it may be difficult to climb to the lovely roof terrace.

The location was amazing. Surrounded by history. The property was spacious and comfortable. The courtyard area was lovely. The hostess supplied some wonderful treats. The bathroom was fabulous. Lovely access to wonderful restaurants and authentic taverns. So much to see and do in the area. Felt very safe.

We had a wonderful stay and were there for 2 weeks. Centrally located and were able to walk all over town and easily access the very efficient public transport system to visit other parts of the island.

Friendly Claudia was available to respond to our needs and make recommendations. Great location with easy parking options near the walled city. Many and varied opportunities for early morning walks along the harbor or in the tiny alleyways to explore the Old Town. The bedroom on the upper floor was of a ample size with a tremendous air conditioner which we used during the hot afternoon rests. We also appreciated and used the small washing machine. Drying rack was available for clothes drying on the balcony.

Unfortunately, there were disappointments which I personally expressed to Claudia. The lower level is not air conditioned, therefore on hot summer days one is unable to sit in the kitchen/dining area without heat discomfort. Although there is a simple fan system, it does not adequately work to cool in comparison to the proper air conditioner in the bedroom. Yes, one can open the windows in the kitchen for a breeze, but it's still hot air. If you are a person larger than average size, be aware the bathroom is tiny and navigating the stairs up to the bedroom and rooftop deck will be a hardship.

Location was amazing . The property was lovely. It had every thing you needed for a great stay.

My only problem was the bed. It was very tired and sunk in the middle. I like a firm matress so had very poor sleep as a result. It was a shame as i would definitely reccomend this property and stay again if it weren't for the bed.

The guesthouse Claudia do all for a pleasant stay. The house is very well situated: easy to go from out door (car park) and walk inside the old city. Room and equipment are perfect. A good choice for us.

Great location in old town, peaceful street away from touristy areas. Host Claudia, very helpful before we arrived and during the stay. Wine and freshly baked pastries there to great us when we arrived late and tired. She sorted out any questions we had straight away. The bed was comfortable and we loved the balcony looking over the street and also the roof top terrace. Restaurants close by.
