No conocía el Hotel y la verdad nos gusto mucho, tanto el hotel como el servicio. Espero poder volver el año que viene

Del Rifugio mi è piaciuto tutto: l'arredamento, la posizione centralissima, la pulizia e la cura per o dettagli. Marta è una padrona gentile e super attenta, ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni sulle spiagge da visitare, i posti migliori dove vedere il tramonto e i ristoranti da preferire e non per ultimo sul parcheggio. Sempre raggiungibile al cellulare e molto paziente nonostante le mille domande. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta per me è stato trovare la borsa termica e l'ombrellone da utilizzare per visitare le calette non sempre attrezzate. Non perdete l'occasione di alloggiare in questo posto meraviglioso!

Great location and very comfortable. We were made very welcome. Communication was excellent throughout. The breakfast was exceptional.

I booked the room with the hot tub on the rooftop terrace for my last night in Menorca - I’m so glad I did. There’s something decadent about looking up at the sky in a hot tub, day or night, with a glass of wine. The room retains all the old Menorcan charm, whilst providing all the modern facilities you could possibly need or want. And Marta went out of her way to provide as much help and kindness as possible to make my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, with home made cakes and delicacies too. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Menorca - I will definitely return.

everything was perfect

The level of service was outstanding. The host gently recognised I was travelling alone, wanted me to have and so arranged an extensive breakfast buffet which I hadn’t paid for and sent me texts with details of the San Juan events occurring throughout the evening.

Everything was perfect : Marta was an amazing host and we had everything we needed. The room was very clean, with air conditioning (necessary at this time of the year) and the jacuzzi on the terrace was a must!! Thank you for everything
