The hosts are very nice people and were accommodating. The room was clean and had enough space, even though it was classed as a small double bedroom. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. It was a quaint villa and has character. Also, we reserved a parking space, which is on a long drive next to the villa, just make sure you request when booking.

One of the reasons we chose this property was due to free parking which we got on the first night but had to pay £22 for parking nearby for the remainder of our stay. Still won't put us off from returning. Excellent experience thanks again.

Fantastic location and only 5 minutes walk to a beach. Andy and Sisi were very knowledgable about the local area and went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day and the bed was really comfy!

Very small rooms and shower, frozen at night, tap wouldn't turn off, very hard bed, too light at night with the light off , struggle to lock the door parking was awkward, couldn't Walk past the parked car struggled to find the hotel

Clean and cosy, old seaside building with lots of character, made me feel very nostalgic! brought back some lovely memories of my childhood stays in bed an breakfasts by the seaside. Sisi and Andy made us feel at home very nice people, remembered all our names which is nice, always helpful. Breakfast was lovely, full English and Sisi always topping up our coffee, overall loverly stay, will definitely be coming back.

Nice little budget B&B, 8 minute walk to Blackpool Tower. The hosts, Andrew and CeCe were lovely and welcoming. They even gave my little boy a World cup sticker album as we were leaving the next day. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was adequate with a nice view of the tower lit up at night, which was nice. Location is really good and there's parking on site too which is a bonus. All in all a very pleasant night's stay to watch the fireworks over the beach. Would definitely stay again and I'd recommend to anyone. Hopefully Andrew and CeCe get a bit more custom from this review 🤞🏼

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, the room was lovely laid out and very clean. Perfect location to sea front and the centre. Breakfast was lovely just the right size wasnt too much or too little.
