Brilliant place - lovely, clean rooms, very clean & big spa area, fantastic pool, great food & friendly staff. lovely play room to keep kids & adults entertained after dinner! great location!

Can not fault the property! The only tiny pick I could have is to say that it would be great to offer the slippers in the rooms with bath ropes - as we were not aware that these are available at reception and went bare foot to the spa.

super clean, beautiful and nice wellness area

we took our dog and paid 26 euros per night. I expected we would get at least a treat in the room, like is common in other hotels, despite paying much less or nothing. it was also a bit confusing to find the areas, so would be interesting to put more signs. It says parking free but there are very few places, and they charge 6 euros per night to park I. the hotel’s garage.

the location was right in town, and close to the cross country ski trails. The spa facilities were fabulous, especially the outdoor heated pool!

This hotel was clearly recently renovated and the rooms were beautiful! In fact, the user manual and extra hardware for the new closets were still on the shelves! Note to management: You should probably remove those. Unfortunately, the new beds were absolutely as hard as boards. As if to make up for the huge mistake with the beds, the pillows were way too soft, making for an uncomfortable two nights’ sleep. The furniture was equally pretty to look at but lacked comfort. Some coffee and tee in the rooms might have helped offset this! Breakfasts were just ok - supplies were always short - both times they were out of cooked eggs. Lunch was also unspectacular. We laughed at the tiny portion of goulash that was served in my husband’s bowl. I would have been embarrassed to serve that to a customer. We have no problem paying higher prices to stay in luxurious hotels, and at our stage in life we often do, but the price should match the overall experience, attention to small, but important details, and service. Here it was significantly more expensive than equivalent hotels in other ski locations, such as Obertauern, and the details were not there to make it worth the higher price. The 9 Euro charge per day for parking was perhaps the final straw for me.

The hotel was comfortabel, authentic and well equipped. The rooms was comfortable and clean. The wellnes faciities were also very nice, we anjoyed our stay a lot. The food is amazing, it is worth taking the dinner because the choices are all delicious, there is something for everyone. The churchbell at 7am kept us on schedule to discover the beautiful mountains in the area.

Beautiful location in the centre. Partly renovated buildings and facilities and hopefully they will be able to keep the charm whilst continuing updating the property. Nice wellness area and indoor swimming pool with great garden and views.

Staff pretty rough especially at breakfast. Overall not 4 star superior experience in comparison to other hotels in similar category but would come back due to location and access to several activities in and outside hotel
