Das Riverside Roost liegt ideal am malerischen Ufer des Flusses Guadalupe und ist ideal für Ihren nächsten Urlaub mit Freunden und der Familie. Dieses Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Koch- und Essgeschirr für diejenigen, die es vorziehen, zu Abend zu essen. Das große, entspannende Deck des Riverside ist perfekt von riesigen kahlen Zypressen beschattet, die vom Flussufer herabschießen. Der Zugang zum Wasser ist einfach über die Stufen, die von der Rückseite der Unterkunft führen.
Das Riverside Roost befindet sich in der Nähe des Geschehens und ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt vom Whitewater Amphitheater, dem River Road Ice House, der Gruene Hall, der Schlitterbahn, dem Canyon Lake, der Röhrenrutsche Comal River, der Innenstadt von New Braunfels, dem Wurstfest und vielem mehr entfernt. The house was very clean and the location is great. We loved the patio and convenient access to the river. This is a deeper part of the river and good for swimming or fishing. We are looking forward to visiting again next year.

Location was great but house not very clean. There was coffee left in the pot and an empty soda can left in one of the closets.

Property was as advertised. Perfect location and no need for a ladder. Water level was right to the dock. We will be staying here again for sure.

The house itself was good, pretty clean and water pressure was good. The beds were uncomfortable but that would be a personal preference on comfort levels and the coffee pot didn't work, probably just needs a good cleaning but after 30 min there was only a few cups brewed.
The location on the river is good however it is located directly on the curve of the street so getting your vehicle in and out is tricky and SO MANY people were speeding around the curve along with many motorcycles.
We got in the river from the concrete dock but there is no ladder or way back up out and it is deep there, we had to go next door and use their ladder.
The fishing was fun and got a good size catfish!

This place definitely exceeded all expectations we had coming in. Anything you can think of this house will have. Zero complaints from myself or family. The access to the river was exceptional and super easy to get to. We highly recommend booking here if you want to float the river. We used the grill outside and it worked perfectly. Also having a refrigerator outside was a plus for drinks and snacks. We’ll be back again for sure.

The house was wonderful for our family summer vacation and we plan to come back again! We rented tubes from Roy's and floated the river, went into Gruene and did some shopping, and visited the Natural Bridge Caverns. We decided to bring a ladder based on the reviews so it was easy to get in and out of the river and that was a big help. The river access was amazing! We also brought our own beach towels and I recommend bringing extra paper plates and towels if you cook or eat in a lot. The only complaint was the neighbor decided to power wash their house one day which was really loud but no fault of the rental company. The house had everything you will need and is a perfect location on River Road!

Very nice property and very easy to find. Beautiful drive from downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. Would definitely stay there again in the Summer to enjoy the nice covered porch which had a refrigerator for convenient access to drinks!

Not happy with the house keeping fee when it’s not very clean and a renter has to do half of the job before we leave.

The three of us enjoyed our stay! The back deck was so nice in the mornings looking out over the river. The house was just the right size for us—three ladies— three bedrooms each with queen sized bed and two baths. The house needs a little TLC—cleaning of baseboards, some paint. The biggest need was for the windows and porches to be cleaned. The porches and the furniture on them were covered in cob webs and spider webs. I wasn’t sure I was at the right house when I walked up to it because I thought no one had lived there in awhile because of all the cobwebs and dirt on the front porch. The hammock on the back deck was really dirty and all the stuff on top of the fridge on the back deck was rather unsightly. Also, needed directions for the TV remotes. But we still had a nice time! Looking out over the river was great!

Checking in was super easy. The deck had very picturesque views for relaxing! Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing missing was a dishwasher. Good thing I brought my husband! LOL

Great house with a beautiful big deck with easy access to the river. Has every pot and pan and whatever else you would ever need to cook. This was our second weeklong stay in 12 months. We love it. So centrally located too for going to Gruene or Canyon Lake.

This house was very nice! Everything we needed was provided. I loved that there were games and dvd's onsite. But a ladder to get out of the water would have been VERY appreciated.

River Roost wins every time
We love this house! The location is perfect. You can rent tubes right across the river or float outside your back door. Everything is provided including the propane. If you have any questions the response is quick. This is our second time staying and it won't be our last. The only issue is it's not for sale! We love it so much we would love it to be ours permanently. Lol

Cute House, Great Location
This adorable house was just the right size for our family. It was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the location and the easy access into the river. The large deck and hammock were a big hit.

Great place to stay!
Loved our vacation. Right on the water and we were close to everything as well. Perfect location. Only complaint is all the beds were very hard and I wasn't able to sleep much while there. The neighbors renting the house next to us were loud and annoying during the day, but were respectful after 10pm.

Great location and nice home!
The location of this home is perfect for people watching, relaxing in the river, and commuting from Gruene to Canyon Lake and all these areas have to offer. It is at the second crossing and there is a tube service right across the river making tube floats super convenient and easy! The river is really low right now, but it's deep enough here that you can still enjoy the water.
The house itself is perfect for 6 people and has the amenities you would need. We enjoyed the river access and the floats the owners provided.
I will say any house on River Road can be a little noisy as it seems to be a motorcycle hot spot for daily drives and you could definitely hear them in this home. If you're a light sleeper or early to bed, I would recommend ear plugs.
I would come back again and would recommend this house!

We had a “Sister's Reunion” here. My sisters kept telling me how perfect the place was! Very clean! Had everything we needed. The river access was awesome!

Loved the back-deck views and river access. Home was nicely furnished with plenty of amenities! Very clean! Walked to rent kayaks just across the bridge. Some noise from hotrods near bridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This rental was great! Able to get in on time without issues. Facilities are great. If you want to be right by the river, you can't pick a better spot than this location!
Parking was easy, you can easily park 3 cars if you need to.
Fyi washing machine and spare tubes and such are located under the rental!!

The property was perfect with a great view of the Guadalupe river. Make sure to have your documents downloaded prior to arrival if you have Verizon. There is no Verizon service at the house.
