The food in the restaurant was great. The view from the hotel was awesome. And the pool lifeguard was really friendly!
The gym is small. The spa is unusable- you have to pay for it nonetheless you got all inclusive package. And its always fully booked when u try to make a reservation.

The best thing for this hotel, the front desk, the guy help us he was one of the best explain mad and help us wherever we need it. Highly recommend if you go to displays talk to RENATO

The room and joint areas were clean and the staff were really kind. The hotel pool bar looked nice and lively, even tho we did not sit for a drink. The breakfast was good.
The double bed was made by two twin beds next to each other, both covered together with a large bed sheet to look like one double bed. This caused discomfort in the middle area of the bed, and I woke up many times during the night because of that. I asked in the reception whether it was possible to change it, they said they’ll check but took no action.
We had plastic chairs in the balcony, while we could see other balconies having way more modern balcony chair and table. I suggest the hotel unifies the look and equipments of every room.
Location is great but only if you have a car, which makes it easy to visit beaches and towns along the Kassandra peninsula. If you don’t have a car, even going to the nearest beach presents a challenge.

We are not really easy to impress, but people from Hotel Kriopigi really made it happen. From the check-in moment, where we have been given extremely spacious room, everything started much better than expected. Hotel staff is extremely kind and polite, trying to please every guest and make sure you are completely relaxed and entertained during your stay. Hotel amenities are perfectly clean and tide, while choice of food is better than in some 5* star hotels we have visited previously.. Definitely worth of visiting again and saving it on your road map.

Breakfast and dinner was ok, staff also. We had room with sea view and view was great.
Rooms are not renovated and hotel is too far from beach on the hill. There is no elevator from the reception, you need to go with all things one floor down and from that floor you can go in rooms. Parking is on the oposite side of the street and there is no crosswalk.

Food excellent, stuff really friendly and entire hotel is nice with really nice examples of some refurbished old timers.
WiFi connection in hotel is poor, and hotel location ( without a car or bus transport it’s hard to move around).

Cleanliness, polite staff, very good dinner, every night there were different dishes. The room and bath were big enough and well furnished.
The net could be better, the beach to where the minibus was going was not good and clean, but if you have a car, there are many other options around Kasandra.

The hotel was clean and the food was good for an “all inclusive “ style. The waiters were friendly and all the time helping everyone. The view from balcony was nice.
The hotel need a total renovation. The elevators were very old and often they did not worked. The room need a renovation also , because everything was old . The pool was so small and couldn’t withstand all the tourist, it was overcrowded. The position is far from the beach and those who hadn’t a car stayed at the pool. They had a minivan to take people at the beach , but that was an expensive beach . So if you have an all inclusive , it is not very appropriate. Fortunately we were with car and we enjoyed.

Very clean, great food, the room was modern.
The wifi never worked.
Every night they had events such as karaoke every night, which were very loud and if you wanted to sleep, it was impossible until nearly midnight...
The worst part I'd say was that reaching the restaurant in the morning, lunch and dinner, was usually a pain. They'd lock the main door which had direct access from the pool(50m walk), and we'd have to climb stairs, get outside of the property, get in through some car gallery, and then descend stairs(200m walk). This was particularly fun when it was raining and we obviously had no umbrellas...
