Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und das Etagenbett verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten, die beide mit einem ausziehbaren Twin-Size-Bett ausgestattet sind. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, weitere 2 Gäste auf dem Schrankbett im Medienraum im Obergeschoss zu schlafen. House was perfect for our large family. The hot tub worked perfectly, house was stocked and ready for us when we got there. This is our second year here and we absolutely love the house and the management. They are always available for questions or issues you may have. We are excited to come back next year! Would love to have blinds or curtains on the windows in the kids room, and the extra room upstairs, but that’s all we can think of. Thank you for a great spring break!!

This home was a perfect rental for a girls weekend trip. The location is amazing, super close to the beach and the few Netarts restaurants. The beds are really comfortable and there are plenty of linens. Our only gripe would be the shower water pressure and temperature. It’s non existent and could be warmer. But overall, not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed the home and all it had to offer.

The house had a great view and was sufficiently equipped. Some of the chairs at the dining room table need replacing. I understand half replaced last year and the other half will be replaced this year. That will be very nice. We really enjoyed having the playroom for our kids. Only issue where the number of stairs getting up to the living area. These are required to have such a great view. For older people they were a challenge. Having said that we are returning next year.

Downside was couches were completely stained, carpet was also severely stained and lots of dust everywhere. Also chairs needs replaced very uncomfortable they are sunken in. Previous person who booked before me left a complaint not before me and nothing was done about these issues. I’ve booked with shore things for the past 5 years and have always had a well experience all around. Location was nice on this home also and hot tub included.

We enjoyed our stay for spring break! The house is very kid friendly, packed with games and books for the kids to enjoy. The hot tub worked perfectly, and the adults had a great time too! We plan to be back again next year! Sarah was extremely friendly and helped us out throughout the stay. The shower/tub downstairs never got hot water, which was a little tough with kids (there are two other showers that got hot)and there are no blinds on the kids bedroom windows (nothing that would keep us from renting again). Other than that, our stay was great and we highly recommend renting this house!

Our group came back to Family Tides for the second year in a row and had another wonderful experience. The views are wonderful. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, without being fussy. The instructions are clear. We love that there is enough space for a large group to spread out without feeling disconnected from each other. A few things we noticed were that there were no silicone or rubber spatulas in the kitchen, which explains why most of the nonstick pans are scratched. The non-primary bathroom shower did not get hot - most of our group experienced a cold shower, but the upstairs shower and the primary bedroom shower both seemed to get hot enough. It would be great to have a bit of supplies like foil, saran, etc. available - but Tillamook is a quick drive away and we just purchased our own. None of these items were pressing enough to bother texting the caretaker, just good to know before you get there or items that they may want to check out for their guests. One thing that was a little alarming that you should watch out for is that there is no stop sign at the top of the hill when you approach the highway. One of our group was driving at night and assumed that meant that there would be a stop sign for the oncoming highway traffic - that was a bit scary. I would suggest that the Happy Camp community put a stop sign at that intersection to avoid an accident. All in all we love Family Tides and hope to continue to come back. Thank you!

Our group of “mature” women had a great time at Happy Camp Hideaway. Our week there was pretty low-key and gave us a chance to relax and reconnect with one another while enjoying parts of the Oregon coast. The location was convenient for day trips north, south, or east.
We opted to use the room with the Murphy bed and not use the bunk room and that worked well for our group. Everyone commented that the beds were very comfortable, and the house was well stocked with towels, shampoo, etc. The kitchen had plenty of cookware for our cooking needs.
When viewing this property you might want to consider the amount of stairs needed to climb when thinking about luggage and groceries.

The home and our stay was fantastic! Wonderful location, beautiful views, clean living and sleeping areas, nice hot tub and grill. Our large family all thoroughly enjoyed every minute here! We accidentally got locked out once, but a quick call to Sarah and she had someone come by with a key to let us into the house. They were so kind and even brought little chocolates for us because we waited a couple minutes for them. I couldn't recommend this property enough 🤗

Our family of nine was very comfortable in the house. Terrific view from the living room of the bay and ocean. Loved watching the pelicans swoop and dive for fish. Plenty for the kids to do with the beach a five minute walk away. Took excursions to the Oceanside beach and to the Tillamook Cheese factory. Fun time.

Great clean house with plenty of space. Great ocean view and easy access to the beach. There are a lot of stairs so not the best house for elderly or infirmed. You won't be disappointed
Our group was six adults and two 7 year olds. We couldn't have been happier with the rental. It has everything you need and more. Sarah was wonderful. A TV wasn't working, so she came out within 30ish minutes of messaging her. She couldn't get it to work and ended up buying a new one... and installed it herself! Her customer service is top notch. If you are curious about the tp, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, etc situation... you really DON'T need to take any extra! The shampoo/con/bodywash were full sized, so leave yours at home! Kitchen was fully stocked (I did bring my own electric griddle). If you have kiddos, bring your own sand toys (I asked before our trip, so I knew to do so). The beds were great. Kids enjoyed their own space, in the bunkroom (only request, maybe some curtains in this room. Nobody needs the nonsense of kids waking up so early on vacation. Haha) Hot tub was also a hit for them.
Be prepared for your legs to get a work out, especially while unloading all of your stuff to take up. If you have older family members or older fur babies who have arthritis or can't climb stairs well, this may not be the best rental for your group. That said, most homes in this area DO have a lot of stairs.
We 1000% would rent this property again. Zero complaints from our group. If you're questioning renting this property...stop...just book it!
