Diese schöne Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer mit Meerblick befindet sich im 10. Stock unseres Tower-Gebäudes. Von dieser Unterkunft aus genießen Sie Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko. Hier können Sie abends Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein wunderschönes Kingsize-Bett mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Um der Feuerwache von Sarasota County zu entsprechen, dürfen maximal 4 Personen in dieser Unterkunft schlafen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Dusche. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Badezimmer wurden mit Granitarbeitsplatten ausgestattet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen - Töpfe / Pfannen, Geschirr, Besteck, Toaster, 12-Tassen-Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Keurig-Maschine. Die Wohnung ist komplett mit Hartholzboden im Schlafzimmer gefliest. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem 47-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher für Ihre Unterhaltung ausgestattet. We stayed in condo 102 in the tower building. The condo was nice and you can’t beat the open balcony the owners should think about putting a ceiling fan on the balcony that would make it even better! The bathroom fan needs to be more powerful. It does not suck up the humidity at all, and it would be nice if there were regular blankets for the guests not just the quilt on the bed other than that, we had a wonderful stay love coming to Palm Bay club. This is our fourth year in a row that we have come and we intend to come back again next year, it was nice to have both elevators working also this time! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great week, clean condo with all the amenities you could ask for. Our condo even had two beach chairs, a cooler, and pool noodle to use at beach. Only hiccup was with washer and dryer app, don't recommend trying to use it, we wasted $10 dollars.

Location was a 10! Out the elevator and on the beach! Sunsets amazing! The condo is clean but in need of a refresh... bathroom average at best, king mattress uncomfortable. One of the best beaches!

We loved staying here! It was convenient to dining and shopping, beautiful view off the open balcony. Many of the units in the building have window covered balconies so we were excited to find a suite that had the open balcony. Check-in was easy, the area felt very safe and secure, friendly staff and guests were quiet. The kitchen and bathroom were well appointed, and we really appreciated the large closet and drying rack.
Our only small gripe was the toilet. It definitely needs fixed or replaced, it took about 15-20 minutes after a flush for it to re-fill the tank which was frustrating. But other than that, we had everything we needed and will definitely seek out this place if we're ever in the area again, thank you!

Very nice and clean but small. One of the hall cabinets is filled with a bunch of glassware that I doubt anyone ever uses. A crock pot would be very helpful and definitely used. Also, tons of kids gather every night and make a lot of noise

The location itself is perfect. We love siesta key beach for its white sand and turquoise blue water. The unit faces the water which is lovely. However, it really could use some upgrades and general maintenance. Mold in the shower caulking, bugs in the light fixtures, rust stains, etc. with a little TLC it could be spectacular! We spent 3 nights in this condo with beautiful views from the 10th floor.Very clean and roomy with an open air balcony. We found the condo a bit dated but nice. Great having beach towels provided and access to free lounge chairs on the beach. Would have been nice if simple amenities such as coffee and paper towels were offered. The location on the beach made it possible to open the sliding doors and hear the sound of the waves. Great for sleeping!

We totally enjoyed our 13 day stay. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the office staff and they were great. The rental unit was wonderful and the view will have lasting memories for us. I can not stress the cleanliness of the property and the unit. We really enjoyed the facility, pool, hot tub and the closeness to the beach. Great view of the Gulf. This condo is in need of upgrades. Bathroom small. Air conditioning filter filthy. Rug in living room needs replaced or clean. Blinds in bedroom won’t close. They are broken. Sliding doors in living room will not lock. Just needs attention attention. But the views are great.

Me and my wife stayed here for a baby moon and we had an absolutely awesome time. Most of our vacations for the past 10 years have been spent in gulf Shores, Alabama. the water and beach in siesta key is far more beautiful. Staff was very nice and helpful with getting us what we needed. Also the beach being private was a major plus. Will definitely come back again. Majority of places to eat are a 5 min drive.

Our condo was nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was clean. The bathroom sink did not drain well. The elevator was quick, even though one of the two were being renovated. The view was incredible. The condo grounds were nice to walk around. We enjoyed walking across the street to the other pool and marina area. All of the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this unit and condo complex.

Beautiful condo for two for a short stay. Would need laundry within unit for longer stay. Screens for bedroom doors would be nice since the balcony is open and unscreened, this was okay in February but could be a problem in seasons with more insects. The pool was a bit of a walk but plenty of parking to drive there.and it was one of the best and warmest heated pools that we have experienced in February Florida visits.. The view from 102 is the best. The beach is combed and made perfect each evening and those guys who move the beach lounge chairs to wherever you chose each day are so nice, we tipped them but they did not seem to be expecting anything for their services.
