Stanze molto pulite, moderne e spaziose. Bagno molto grande e letti comodi. La colazione molto molto bella, caratteristica e ricca, mi ha sorpreso tanto

L'unica pecca dell'hotel è che situato in una zona non "Viva"..

Location isn’t great as you need a car to get to palace and restaurants. If you have a car it is fine.

The room was always cleaned. All stuffs were friendly especially at the breakfast place. Breakfast was good. There were always far enough food. Oh. One good surprise happened. We left chocolate piece on the room desk. When we came back to the room, the chocolate was in the refrigerator. Nice consideration of the worker. We didn't know the tip system in the Italy so we didn't tip everyday so we felt bad about that. We tipped at the last day. I hope she got the tip.

If you don't have a car, you should expect to use a taxi. You can't walk from the Caserta station to the hotel. We walked really dirty (garbage all over the street) driving road. However we had really good taxi company (cal. 3396749413). From the hotel to the station or inside of the Caserta, costs 15 euro. You need to add the cost on your budget. You can trust the taxi driver. They come on time. Their English is not so great so you might have hard time to have conversation but you can exchange message by WhatsApp and convert through the text is OK. Because of Corona (maybe), you need to reserve the breakfast time in advance.
