lovely salt water pools

Comfortable very clean accommodation, amazing salt water infinity pool, lovely food and amazing staff. Yannis is a great host and ensures you have everything you need, Giota is lovely, she is very proud of her baking and deserts and this is a big bonus as she takes great pleasure in feeding you with her sweet treats, all in all an amazing stay in beautiful Zakinthos made even better by staying at the Ionian Aura

The entire stay was simply amazing. We where the only guests in the hotel due to it being the end of the season, and still we were cared for perfectly. The breakfast is amazing and more than enough. The room (premium option) was quite luxurious and had everything we needed. The pool area was great to sit during the day, while the beach is only a short 10 minute walk away. Zakynthos town is about 10 min by car or scooter.

We could not find any flaws. Great price to quality ratio.

The shower is really bad

There were no pavements to walk into the town, as it was on a hill the walk down was fine but more of an effort coming back!! Which for most wouldn't be a problem, but my husband who has had cancer found it a challenge

Clean and nice room.

Breakfast was very poor. You have to tell 1 day before what you want to eat . For example : 2 slices of ham , 3 pieces of cucumber etc.. If you want to drink a coffe at 8 o’clock ... you can’t. It is only one lady, who prepare and serve breakfast for all the guests. She refused to serve us a coffe erarlier than 8.30...we didn’t like that at all. Little things do the difference...next time I will not come again here.

Everything was really good here in Tsilivi, the apartman was really clean, everyday we got new towels, the staff is really helpful and kindful. The pool area is nice, the water is really clean, we loved this 10 days here.

Host is very friendly and kind, he helped us in booking airport transfer, renting a quad, booking a guided tour. The pool at the apartment is very good, breakfast is great, no issues with cleaning.

Rooms are not sundproofs at all, you can hear your neighbours at almost every time, sometimes it can be uncomfortable at nights when you're trying to sleep. Bathroom is pretty basic, had no curtains or anything meaning every time you shower the whole bathroom is wet.

The best place, and the best Hotel on the Island! It is on a hill, surroundig by a big garden. Very quiet, and peaceful. The best location to explore the Island. Very friendly staff, and owner! Thank you! Our room on the second floor was very modern, with a large balcony, and fantastic view to the sea, and pool. The bed was comfortable with Coco mat, and extremely big. Breakfast is various, and delicious, and we had it every day on the open air terrace, next to the pool. EXTRA CLEAN!! I felt myself in 100% safe. I highly recommend!

It was a very nice hotel, close to the sea side and having a view to the sea. The rooms are nice and modern and it is perfect for home officing :) The personnel is very helpful.

Beautiful place, surrounded by olive trees, with a very nice view over the see. The pool is perfect after a long day in the sun. Good and rich breackfast and very nice hosts. The beach is 10 minutes walking. Is very nice that Ionian Aura is in a quite area of Tsilivi, perfect for relaxing and about 10-15 minutes walking to the center of Tsilivi.

Nothing to complain.

The breakfast was good and always arrived quickly due to booking a time for breakfast during covid. It was nice to always get homemade food each morning to try as well.

A lot of the tiles in the swimming pool had come away which looked tatty. The shower was way too small and there was no shower curtain or anything to stop the water from going everywhere so the bathroom was absolutely wet through after showering.

People were really nice and helpful. Despite current difficult situation everything was nicely arranged. Swimming pool is a great plus. Shower in our appartment was quite small but generally ok, as most of our time we spent at beach anyway. Parking space just in front of apartment is a bonus.

Breakfast was very good, fresh local produce. Location was great in a quiet area but still very close to town and to the beach only 10 minutes walk. Staff are lovely very helpful, warm and welcoming. Beds are super comfy. lovely swimming pool. WiFi available in all areas and in bedrooms. Will definitely come back again :)

No shower curtain in the bathroom nor a hair dryer.
