location was ok

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this apartment which we have rented for over a month. People breaking in at 3am scared us as you can imagine. And then again another 2 times only stopping after we complained with the agency. Very weird! As shown in the photos the kitchen couldn’t be more dangerous with the sink so close to the hob. You have to be tall to reach the sink and wash the dishes but then you are going to bang your head into the exhaust. My husband has a cut on his head now! The bedroom had no bedside tables which we requested and after 11 days they brought it. The shower head was totally broken so all the water would go into the bathroom floor. Took them 4 days to fix the shower. We have a broken mop so impossible to do any clean. A broken iron table, so no point in having it. Now we don’t have electricity in some parts or internet and it’s Saturday, so I am assuming no luck until Monday! We left the keys inside the apartment on a Saturday evening and called the agency and they came in less than half an hour to help us to be fair to them.

We enjoyed the view from the apartment and how bright it was with all of the windows. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped and very clean.

On occasion we had trouble connecting to the wifi.

Got new toaster and kettle next day and password to second WLAN, responses were fast which is good. Location is great and apartment itself is good size for two person. Big balcony with table and chairs, plastic. Nice seaview. Cannot hear a lot noises which is nice.

First kettle and toaster caused shortcut and fuse went off. WLAN did not have connection to internet within whole stay but we got password to another one which range was poor. We have stayed few times in these apartments which starts to need some maintenance. Aircon did not work with full capacity and outdoor unit was pretty noisy may need servicing.

Location is super. Apartment is good size and sofa was good. Bigger TV what normally which is nice. Good for two adults. Kitchenette has all what needed. Most of these holiday rentals are very basis how these are decorated like this but okay for week plus stay.

Apartment has small things which needs attentention. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Bathroom had a lot limescale marks. Perhaps apartment is not used so much due Covid but good time to get it cleaned better. Table on balcony would be nice

There was a lot of building work nearby, so could be quite noisy at times
