Ein wunderschönes Baumhaus in einem sehr ruhigen kleinen Dorf nördlich von LA. Wir sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Gold Line Metro entfernt, mit der Sie zur Union Station, zum Hollywood Bowl, zum Staples Center und zum Strand sowie zu zahlreichen anderen beliebten Zielen in und um Los Angeles und Hollywood gelangen. Wir befinden uns direkt an der berühmten und historischen Route 66, an der sich seit 1905 die ursprüngliche Fair Oaks-Apotheke und der Soda-Brunnen befinden. Wir sind ungefähr 2 Meilen vom Rose Parade Startpunkt und dem Float Line-Up und dem Rose Bowl entfernt. Wir haben eine schöne Auswahl an Restaurants in unserer kleinen Stadt und sogar einen eigenen Irish Pub, in dem Sie Ihr Lieblingsgetränk genießen oder Live-Unterhaltung genießen können.
Das Dodger-Stadion ist eine kurze Strecke mit dem Auto oder der Mitfahrgelegenheit entfernt und liegt direkt neben Chinatown. Das benachbarte Pasadena ist natürlich eine weitere Welt voller Feinschmeckerparadiese und Wunderland voller Aktivitäten.

We stayed almost four weeks. The place was very clean, very well stocked with paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. super convenient to walk to dinner, or coffee, or farmers market. We’d stay again.

Clean, quaint and quiet. All of the amenities that one would hope for and appreciate. We met Michelle the moment we pulled in and she was welcoming and immediately acommodating

Very nice above garage apartment in a cute neighborhood. We enjoyed a short walk in the mornings to grab a latte at a neighborhood coffee shop. Michelle was very helpful in recommending restaurants, etc. Will book again in the future!

It was a nicely furnished, thoughtful and comfortable place to stay on a busy weekend. Well decorated, with home appliances and kitchen staples. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. I had a lot of trouble with the VRBO app and website, but Michelle was very quick to respond to direct messages and made me feel much better about getting there. Thanks!

Location is perfect. Have been here 3x now. Close to heart of S. Pasadena within walking distance. As a single traveler always feels comfortable here. Owner is very accommodating and always easy to reach if needed.

We loved this cute little apartment! Perfect for my husband and I. Quiet, private, and close to restaurants and shopping and a quick jump onto the highway. We will definitely stay here again!

We went to the Rose Bowl and Parade and this place was perfectly located to be out of the hubub but close enough for easy access to all of the festivities. It was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The sheets were silky soft. The kitchen was updated and cute and just what we needed for a couple of days on the go.

This wonderful place is so perfect, it makes a delightful stay in south Pasadena. The apartment has everything you need. Great for a couple! Just a short walk to great coffee (Jones) and really great food—especially breakfast: the Harvest Grill. Walking around the neighborhood is also a pleasure. Very quiet and comfortable. A great place to stay!

Description and photos are accurate. Clean, comfortable, secure and convenient. Michelle is a wonderful host. This was my second time here as a solo traveler. For 3 weeks it was my home away from home while visiting family and friends. Having your own washer and dryer is an extra plus. The location is perfect in historic S.Pasadena and very walkable to great restaurants, shops, coffee houses and the train. I plan to book again next year.

This Vrbo was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and an Irish pub. It was everything advertised and more. Very clean, beautiful accessories and everything we needed. Michelle was easy to reach and very helpful. South Pasadena is a beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us and so were the accommodations. King bed, very comfortable, washer/dryer, well supplied kitchen , off street parking!!! Would stay again… absolutely!

Property is above a garage behind a lovely house in a pleasant neighborhood. Photos very accurate and lots of updates like great bedroom closet with interior lights! Easy walk to great restaurants. Great communication with hosts.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The rental was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The vacation unit is located within walking distance to the main street area of South Pasadena with a variety of local restaurants and shops, such a lovely area.

Perfect
As a solo traveler I thoroughly enjoyed my two week stay at this VRBO. Homey, airy and bright! Not only did I feel safe and comfortable, the location is perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops in South Pasadena. Having your own washer and dryer is a definite plus. Michelle was very accommodating ,friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay in great location
Beautiful, well-kept apartment in quiet, tree-lined neighborhood of arts & craft bungalows, walking distance to many good South Pasadena restaurants, easy access to 110. Liking coming home at the end of a hectic day in LA. Michelle let us pick grapfruit off the tree, which was a treat.

Peace and Quiet in South Pasadena
This apartment is freeway and light rail close in a great neighborhood. The apartment was welcoming and immaculate. In addition to a full kitchen, there is a really good mattress, soft towels and a mighty fine shower. There is also an outside balcony where you can sit and have morning coffee.

Comfortable, Clean & Convenient
We had a very nice 3-night stay in the apartment. Being located so close to the Gold Line light rail station was very convenient for us, as we did not have a car. There is also an upscale grocery store about a 10-minute walk away that we used to buy food to cook in one night. The apartment was very clean, and had lots of natural light. We particularly appreciated the adjustable and ample bedside lighting. Since the weather turned a bit chilly while there, the heater in the bathroom was also appreciated. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and newer appliances. The bottle of wine left in the refrigerator was a nice find upon our arrival. And the TV & wifi worked great.
Michelle was very responsive and helpful when we had a problem with the door lock.
We would definitely recommend the apartment, especially for those without a car. We hope to return soon.

Perfect for our getaway
We stayed for four nights in late February for a brief sun break from our Seattle home. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We took advantage of the short five-minute walk to the stop for the light rail to downtown L.A. Cute restaurants and antique shops also within walking distance. We’re glad we found this VRBO!

Top Drawer in Every Way!
This is a five star property in every way. The attention to detail is above and beyond- the kitchen is well stocked, there are extra towels, the bed linens luxurious, and the feeling is spacious, light, and bright. All the check in information is equally detailed, and the communication from Michelle and Kenny was spot on. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location was perfect for us. We have found our place when in Pasadena! Thank you both for a great stay!!

We found ourselves a little oasis away from the bustle of LA :)
Having rented through VRBO and AirBnB for years, this was easily one of our best experiences. If you're in the area to explore the Southern California/LA area, this place is perfect. This quiet, convenient neighborhood in Pasadena was close to our son's apartment and downtown Pasadena with its view of the San Gabriel Mountains. This is a great space with everything you'll need. And - if for some reason it isn't there, these hosts are very quick to respond to any questions or requests. We found a well- stocked kitchen with a surprise bottle of chilled wine upon arrival. You won't have to run out to buy salt, pepper, coffee or tea ... it's all there for you to use. To top this off, the apartment has a great shower, washer/dryer (and detergent) and very comfortable bed. Big thanks to Michelle and Kenny - we had a truly wonderful stay.

This apartment was spacious, clean & ideally located to the business district of South Pasadena which includes a train into LA.
It was very quiet.
There was plenty of room and it was nicely appointed.

Great apartment. Great location.
This apartment is excellently equipped, maintained, and located for a relaxing trip to the Pasadena area. The owners have really thought of everything in how they have designed and stocked the unit. And they are very attentive and responsive. The unit is perfectly located, setback from a quiet dead-end street, walking distance from the center of South Pasadena and charming restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and a Metro stop. The Huntington Gardens and the Norton Simon museum are close by. We're planning our return!

Perfect in every way
My stay was wonderful. The entire place was SPOTLESS. Not a speck of dust around. The bed is plush and the pillows were plentiful and comfy. Everything is just as nice as they appear in the photos. Michelle was really great at communicating important information and was quick to repond to my questions. I really loved it and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The apartment was great and well supplied with what we needed.
We were within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Mission and Fair Oaks and a block and a half from the Goldline. Great place for walks. Lots of historic houses to admire. It was close to the Rose Bowl and Pasadena Old Town, too. Very comfortable. Check in was a cinch.

A Wonderful Find!
The tree house was darling, impeccably clean, with very comfortable furnishings and cute decor. The location is perfect for exploring South Pasadena on foot. It was great to be able to leave our car behind and head out to the shops on Mission Street, Julienne’s for breakfast, happy hour at The Raymond and food shopping at Bristol Farms. Vroman’s Bookstore and Old Town Pasadena are a short (and direct) car ride away. We loved being able to sit on the deck in the evenings. We enjoyed our visit immensely and look forward to a return visit in late winter 2019.
