Great bus connections, making it easy to get around. Lots of sunbeds. Quiet after 10 o'clock.
Repetitive breakfast. Mostly older people, so not ideal for young people. You have to wear wristband.

La amabilidad del personal.siempre te sacan una sonrisa.me lo pase genial con mi peque.el ya quiere volver el próximo verano.piscinas y animacion genial para todas las edades. Hay un autobus que te lleva a la playa, a maspalomas, etc. Cerca tambien hay parada de autobus.nosotros fuimos a Mogan a visitar. La habitacion ok. Desayuno ok.cenas tipicas cada noche.horarios ok
La comida a la 13h es mas repetitiva.pero el snack bar lo compensa. El horario de la piscina deberia alargarse un poco.

The staff at this hotel are so friendly, we travelled with two young children who would often spill things and generally cause chaos, the restaurant staff would always come and help us clear up with a smile on their face, they made us feel so welcome. Big shout out to Guadalupe in the restaurant who was amazing!
The animation team were also great, we didnt join in many activities but Colleen and David always made time to come and say hello and speak to us one on one. We missed David towards the end of the holiday as he didnt seem to be there but wanted him to know he did an awesome kids disco and my kids really missed him!
The food was delicious, i dont expect much from all inclusive hotels generally, but every night the food had real flavour and there was always something different to try.
The rooms were really small, as a family of 4 we were on top of each other, and it was a shame there was no fridge in the room

Comfortable and clean rooms and always a good selection of food at the buffet. the entertainment team (especially Coleen) did a great job and we had a very pleasant stay.
Only downside was one of the lifts in our block (block E) was out of service for the entirety of our stay which meant that it sometimes took a while to get to our room on the 6th floor.

Beautiful hotel great location, rooms spotless cleaned every day, All staff very friendly bar 2 in the snack area, couldn't fault this hotel in any way.

The hotel is very clean, that's a great plus! We booked a family room and we had a great terrace/yard with the room for the kids in which they could play. The both pools (kids and adults) are big enough and clean, the gym was also perfect.
The food was ok, there was a lot of choice but sometimes I missed a little bit of love in it. The double beds were actually two single beds next to each other, not a big fan of that.

The place is very centric. The pool and jacuzzi are great. Comfortable beds and clean room.
The restaurant is not the best. The cost of lunch/dinner is not good (€16/€20) because the buffet is not that good quality (as expected). Breakfast is ok. Also the drinks at the pool bar are not good. I understand that they work on quantity rather than quality, but this is sad because the Waikiki has potential to become a great hotel, not just good.

Lots of families but kids free area (U18) and heated pool was nice. Breakfast is varied and plentiful but crowded. Rooms are clean and airconditioned.

We spent the whole stay in a very nice atmosphere. Variety in meals and at breakfast and dinner always something different every day. I celebrated my 40th birthday and received a bottle of champagne with wishes from the main management. Very nice surprise, I did not expect such a nice gift 😊
I was with my husband for a massage and there was a pedicure in the same room. Instead of relaxing with a super massage, I heard nail clipping in the background. Only this was only a small minus. It is worth thinking about separating these two services.

Staff is amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful! Very good breakfast, nice buildings and facilities. Lots of sunbeds, gym was good, pilates class was great!
I think I just don’t like the concept of all-inclusive-hotels! Also it was very windy, but I was there in January so probably not always this windy.
