We had a fun time!

This was by far the most well appointed rental we’ve ever had! Great location: on Vanderbilt Bay and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Cleanliness and comfort with all the amenities you would want for three weeks on the water. Outstanding master suite! Owner supplied quality bikes, paddle boards, pool toys, and more. Even dropped off a counter-top ice maker during our stay! I would highly highly recommend this property. The hosts were available at any time by text which was nice as well.

The House was truly amazing. It was spotless! It was fully stocked with ever necessity and some. There were tons of bath and beach towels. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could think of including the Ninja and Magic bullet! The owners have thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable and even reached out to us numerous times during our stay! The pool was amazing and my youngest spent most his time on the dock fishing. It was a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. I would highly recommend staying here to any of my friends and family! Thank you Nicole!

We’ve stayed at a number of properties but this one was tops. Big house with lots of space. Fantastic pool and outdoor seating area all screened in on the canal. Kitchen was very very well equipped with everything we needed for our family dinners. Beds were comfy and towels were thick. The location was perfect - 15 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach in a quiet extremely nice neighborhood. Owners were responsive and helpful with recommendations for local eateries.

Let me just start by saying, pictures do not do this property justice! The property was beautiful, clean and came equipped with everything you could possibly need! The location is also a huge bonus! We were close to the beach, in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything! We absolutely loved the heated pool and sitting area outside to enjoy family time! It was hard to get my family to leave! If your looking for a wonderful place to stay with your family, this is it! Thank you Nicole for being so sweet and helpful during our stay!! We will most definitely be back!

I will say that the numerous problems we had were mostly addressed in a timely manner, but the continual interruptions were ....... first day- kitchen faucet broken ,mouse droppings, dirty kitchen, master bath faucet and toilet broken, dinning room chairs and rug dirty, pool deck covered in dried up moss and dead palm tree hang next to pool and no cushions for the wood deck chairs. Next two days HVAC and pool pump broken . 4 times they came out to fix a drain and it never was fixed. I can go on and on, i was there for 46 days and had repair people there a minimum of 25 times. The dying rat was a nice touch. Have video and photos to prove, also case # from VRBO complaint department.

Nice place to stay for large family! There were bikes and kayaks available also. Nichole, the property manager was great. She answered all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed!
