We wanted a rural place near the Nadal Tennis Academy for our son, for a couple of nights and this was perfect. Very quiet and pretty location; lovely views; nicely landscaped and designed. Excellent breakfast and really great value.

Pool wasn't amazing - a bit tired, old tiling - but still fine and refreshing.

The people were very friendly and obliging and the rooms more than adequate for two people. We could enter early and leave later which was a real plus.

There were a lot of black flies on the first day and night which made sitting inside and sleep very difficult. We expected to do day hikes from the place but you really need a car for everything. It would be good if the place supplied more information on the surrounding (hikes, bike trips etc).

The place is awesome, like a retirement place where you can really rest and forget about everything else. The staff was very helpful giving me a contact to get Taxi drivers, who were very helpful as well. The place is huge, a lot of nature around and you can fell peace. The breakfast was complete too.

I think there should be more lights in the way to the stay, because at night it is VERY dark, you don't see anything at all. A Taxi driver who took me from the Airport didn't know this place at all, so imagine a completely foreign person who had never gone to Spain before. There are also bugs at night (outside the rooms), which is understandable, just wanted to mention.

The bungalow, no 9 was very nice and good air con. The grounds were nice. Pool was nice . Breakfast was really yummy.

In bungalow 9 I stubbed my toe half a dozen times and actually took a bad fall on the step, the step should be highlighted in a contrasting colour . The swimming pool could do with an upgrade to an infinity pool to help with the wasp infestation this time of year. I used an infinity pool at another hotel the same week, local to Sant Joan and though they had the same wasp, they were not in the water as the falling water removes them from the pool itself.

It was quiet, relaxing and calming. The kitchen amenities were very high quality. The room was also extremely clean.

There weren’t any mosquito nets at the windows, therefore you couldn’t sleep very comfortably.

Although the room was very big and comfortable, the bathroom in the middle had no roof, just walls. Not very convenient if you wish some privacy!

Everything was just perfect

This place is AMAZING! Everyone we met and spoke to was super nice and friendly. Our room was beautiful and private. we had a view of grass and fields and sheep! The bathroom and shower were large and comfortable, bed was very comfortable, which was extra important for my pregnant girlfriend, who can't sleep well and finds it difficult to find a comfortable position. The living room and kitchen were comfortable and had everything we needed/wanted. The grounds are well maintained, and although we couldn't use the pool due to the weather, it was clean and looked inviting. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, with is fine for us, as it covered all the basics, and was so nicely organized and set up it was totally inviting and pleasant. It is very quiet and green, away from all the commotion of the busy city. You need a car to get there and travel around, but since the island isn't huge and this is pretty centrally located, I think it is worth the few minute's drive.

The beds were 2 twins, would have preferred a queen/king mattress for us. BUT they were comfortable enough to make for it

The locale, owners and visual amenities were lovely. Handily situated and perfect for touring and or bike riding. Nice pool, unheated and a little cool for late October! Also hand to know that there are handful of great beaches within 20 minutes drive, a great family restaurant 5km away and a great farmers market shop. The staff provided a small cooker on request immediately which was a life saver as there's no oven.

I felt that Rafal Nou should have mentioned the roughness and rural nature of the track leading to the Finca, we hired a small car that grounded all the time. Also we missed the email that told us the gate code if it was sent. Hardly a big issue but would have helped. Anyone trying to find this place at night, it's very dark in the country would struggle. It was quite strange to find a hob but no oven in a self catering Finca, but there was a dish washer!

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast was not bad. The mattresses were good and pillows were as well.

There were several things that bothered us like for example the road leading up to the Agro-Hotel was a country road that was completely shot, so not good for the car, not a pleasant entry, the coffee was really not great, overall it was quite expensive in the end because the worst thing about our whole stay was our room. Or better yet - our bathroom. It stank - there is no other nice way of putting it. I don’t know if it was because something was wrong with the canalization or what went down, but it smelled very strongly of sewer so we had to close the bathroom door as soon as we would finish showing or whatever because if you didn’t-the whole room stank so badly that you would want to run away. And we were there for a week - it wasn’t a smell that you could get used to. It was just bad. To be honest-we couldn’t wait to leave and thats just really sad because the place could have really been quite nice to stay at.
