In diesem Herbst werden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Außenseite des Grand Tower durchgeführt. Bitte rufen Sie das Büro an, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten. Diese wunderschön renovierte Golf-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern befindet sich in der 8. Etage unseres Grande Tower-Gebäudes. Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Mexiko macht es perfekt, um die Abendsonnenuntergänge zu beobachten! Für Ihr Unterhaltungsvergnügen bietet die Wohnanlage ein hochauflösendes Smart-TV mit dem ultimativen Kabelplatz von 420 Kanälen, DVR, Buch- und Spielebibliothek mit Netflix-Zugang. Beautiful condo with stunning views of the beach. Updated, clean, comfortable. The building and amenities were also clean, updated, and very nice. Elevators, lobby, fitness center — all clean & working well. Can’t beat the location. And the staff at Palm Bay Club were so friendly & helpful.

We loved this two bedroom beach condo! The views of the beach and ocean are stunning and instantly relaxing. The condo is beautifully decorated but very livable, even with two toddlers! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted well. There are games, puzzles, books and beach toys to keep everyone entertained. There is a washer and dryer available on the floor, one costs $2 and the other $3. It is right on the beach, convenient for midday naps. Beach chairs and loungers are set up on the beach upon request. You can set up your own chair and umbrellas anywhere on the beach, but canopies and tents are limited to the first half of the beach closest to the tower. Dish soap is provided, but only one dishwasher detergent packet so bring some extra if you plan to eat in. The only negative is that the unit walls need touching up in a few areas in terms of paint, but that is a minor point. Overall, everyone loved the place and we will be back!

Overall it was a positive experience. Check in was a breeze. Beach was great. Check in/out communications were exceptionally clear and staff were friendly. The furnishings were great and very comfy. The updated kitchen, flooring and master math were nice. A little touch up on the vents is needed and an exterminator as we saw an unwanted visitor.

Camille and I love Palm Bay Club and stay with you at least once a year, if not more. This is the first time we've stayed in unit 081 (we had friends stay with us - normally we rent a one bedroom unit)We were a little disappointed with unit 081. The kitchen is not well stocked, the unit needs painting, the floor is not attractive, and the windows in both bedrooms are locked closed. The blinds in the 2nd bedroom were broken. The unit could use a facelift. For what we paid, we expect more from Palm Bay Club. We'll be back, but we'll stay in a different unit. We strongly recommend Palm Bay Club. We don't recommend unit 081.

Loved our unit! The view! The only reason I gave 4 stars for "accuracy of on line listing" was because there wasn't a washer/dryer in the unit. The QR code and downloading of the app was a bit confusing. But that may be just me. I'd rather it just be add quarters and be done. Tammy was very professional and a joy to work with. I called her a bunch with questions. I would stay here again! Best and prettiest beach ever!

The view cannot be beat, the PBC is centrally located, it felt very safe and secure, the people running it were very nice and the weather was wonderful! I used the gym every day, we walked on the beach and swam, we swam in the pool.... we all (4 of us) - thought that if you put in a small pub/bar on the property - it would be the perfect vacation spot! **(A few of the outlets in our condo did not work but we made do)

Corner unit with beautiful gulf views. Floor to ceiling windows throughout unit. Beach at doorstep. Restaurants within a couple of miles in either direction.
Nice size rooms. Updated, clean and nicely decorated. Some areas of unit could use a little TLC. Balcony very enclosed and always too hot to use. Also, air conditioning works great in unit except master bedroom which stayed fairly warm during our stay. Disappointed that pool was not closer to the beach. Nice way to cool off. Instead, it was a very long walk (many football fields) to pool at front of property, so we never used. Limited parking at pool which was always full. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The views in this unit are unbeatable. After a quick elevator ride, you are RIGHT ON the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. The staff and security working the beach were extremely friendly and were quick to transport our chairs to the beach. If you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach with incredible views, look no further.

Honestly The Palm Bay Club needs many updates. The elevator from last year still does not work. Then they had the air conditioner off for hours with out giving any refund back. The whole Tower to me smells musty.

We had a view of the beach from every room and it is beautiful. The rooms were plenty big for all four of us to sit together and hang out. We watched the sun set every night. There is plenty of good eating in the area. The parking was a bit disappointing since we had a larger vehicle and there are no assigned parking spots unless you are an owner. That meant every time we got back we had to look around for a legal empty unassigned spot. The beach was amazing and there was no shortage of chairs and lounges.
It felt good to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! This condo is even better than the pictures! It is very clean, well decorated, and has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. It is also centrally located between the Village and Turtle beach and easy to get on the Trolley from this condo. The amenities at this condo are wonderful as well as the staff! Good umbrella and chair service on beach. Unit 081 is advertised on web and PBC records as having 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. It had 2 double beds so tight for 4 adults. No concession offered. Only one elevator in service due to maintenance.

Our stay in the Palm Bay Club Tower unit 81 was absolutely amazing. First is the panoramic views of the beach from every room of the unit set the perfect tone for your vacation. The unit is fresh, well appointed, very tastefully updated. The location is perfect with the resort having everything you need from 2 pools and a fishing pier. On top of that the staff at the office is fantastic to help with anything you might need.

We rented for 4 nights in September and loved every minute of it. This 2bed/2 bath is just beautifully furnished and appointed with upscale furniture, counter tops and cabinets in kitchen and both bathrooms.The biggest seller are the views. There are beautiful views out a full wall of windows that face southbound Siesta beach and there are views from both bedrooms as well as the living room facing the gulf. You could not ask for more. The property stretches from gulf to bay. So you can walk the beach then walk the paved road and cross Midnight Pass to the bay side which has a pool that faces the bay. There is seating and a dock. The pools are fine but could use some landscaping. The one facing the bay is nice, but the main pool is just kind of ordinary. Both are a bit of a walk from the condo if you have mobility issues or small kids. The location is about a mile south of Siesta Village and there is a free shuttle that is very convenient. The beach is pristine and cared for well. There are nice beach chairs and lounge chairs to use. Staff in office and throughout property are very nice and welcoming.

We LOVE the location of this unit. We love the style and the furnishings. However, we had a few problems this stay. It was clear that the floors had not been swept at all when we got there. Our one year old (who crawled around constantly), crawled on the floor for about ten minutes and his knees and hands were black. When we called, they were incredibly nice and said they would get it fixed the next day. They did. However, the cleaning crew came up while my son was napping and insisted there was no way they could come back and so I had to wake up my son and leave. There is also a hole in the floor in between the table and window which has been there for over a year and really needs to be fixed especially since it is a kid-friendly unit.
