The location is perfect if you like San Antonio, the staff on reception were really nice and friendly.

We requested our to be cleaned however it clearly wasn’t, the cleaner just makes the beds and reorganises things to look as though she has been and tidied. We know this because we ate in our room one night and there were still chips and lettuce on the floor 2 days later. In addition to this, we had to clean the bathroom floor ourselves.

The staff was very helpful with our requests. This was our second time staying and we were very comfortable. Great value for the price.

Given the location, it could be quite noisy at night, but we have no complaints :)

The room looked exactly like on the pictures, but this was a room in the 6th floor and my understanding it’s bigger than rooms on the other floors. It had a sight view to the harbour and it was quite nice. The terrace was huge and very sunny. The hotel stuff is super friendly and helpful.

The area itself is a bit nosy and some streets don’t look very safe, but this is only my impression. Overall it’s a very touristic area with many restaurants and people walking around.

Location was perfect - we were kindly upgraded to a Seaview so on the evenings we didn't go out it was nice to sit out on the balcony and watch the world go by. Bed was so comfy - we had the best nights sleep! The curtains were black out so we weren't woken up by the light in the morning. The noise from outside was blocked out pretty well but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Coffee pod machine and good quality coffee provided We didn't use it but the fridge was full of drinks and snacks Spotlessly clean room and bathroom Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower gel and moisturiser provided all seemingly of good quality Reception staff really friendly and helpful

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for those that enjoy being in central San Antonio. But the real saving grace were the staff. Every single member was incredibly kind and helpful, be it via WhatsApp or in person and I can't thank them enough for that.

Our first room was on the second floor and after two night we asked to be moved because the noise during the night was unbearable. Between people out and about in the streets which we could clearly hear all of their conversations as well as the bin lorries collection trash and glass multiple times from very, very early morning it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. It genuinely felt like there was no sound reduction at all. But after we moved to the fifth floor a lot of those issues were no longer there and we got a good nights sleep. As far as the facilities it has none of note. No gym, no pool, no bar and the mini fridge was very small so you couldn't chill your own drinks in there unless you only had 1 or 2 very small bottles. There is a restaurant just outside that you can get a 10% discount at while staying there but no choice of on site breakfast or dinner. We payed off season prices and I would even argue that it is on the edge of being worth it in terms of value for money. If I had paid the peak season prices I definitely would not have been happy overall.

The location is pretty central, which was nice. Close to many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and is well appointed. It felt more like an Airbnb apartment than a hotel... Some of the staff were kind and friendly.

1. We asked for a room on a higher floor to avoid being too close to the street - we were on the 1st floor, overlooking the party street. 2. The "sea view" we paid extra for, ended up being a 'taxi stand' view / street view. 3. Cleanliness of the common areas - a couple of cockroaches here and there 4. The street party and noise is non stop from 10PM to 4AM and the windows / balcony doors are not equipped for sound isolation. 5. The price paid is borderline a rip-off - even for August, even for Ibiza!
