Das Frühstück findet in einem großen ungemütlichen Saal statt. Die Qualität des Frühstücks könnte etwas besser sein. So gab es nicht mal Butter, Käse oder eine Wurstsorte Ich habe nicht verlängert, weil früh morgens die Nachtruhe durch einen grähenden Hahn zu Ende war. Dafür kann natürlich das Resort nichts.

The staff were lovely, and the setting was beautiful. The upkeep of the room really let our stay down.

We were there for 3 nights. The toilet bin was not emptied once, and it was an open bin, we ran out of toilet roll that was not replaced. And the information book said if we wanted clean towesl to leave them on the shower floor, we did and didn't get clean towels. It was evident no one had been in to clean the room for the whole three days. This is really disappointing,

Beware, these are the few positive things about this accom. The location is very good and it's a short walk from the main centre. It's tucked behind the main route so is quiet at night. Breakfast was adequate, good selection of options, freshly cooked eggs, coffee, juice, fruit etc. Shower was hot with great pressure. Staff friendly and happy to assist. 2 small bottles of water supplied along with sachet coffee/kettle/cups.

We generally don't like leaving poor feedback, however, want future travellers to be aware and manage their expectations. This is not what we would consider a resort. The pictures DO NOT reflect the current state of the accommodation (inside or out). The grounds are unkempt and the buildings and facilities are not maintained. We opted for a garden bungalow and the first one we were offered was in a very poor state. Bedside lamp and one ceiling light not working, a hole in the wall, mouldy smell and just felt dirty - nothing like the pictures/marketing. None of the TV's work and fridges were not plugged in. We asked to be moved to another room, which was marginally better than the first - had this not been the case, we would have moved to another hotel. Fan in the bathroom was not working, there were paint stains and water marks down the walls, the small shelf was pooled with water and the shampoo and soap bottles empty. There is a sign asking not to flush toilet paper, but the bins weren't emptied, nor the room serviced at all during our 2 night stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and extremely hard and aircon struggled to keep the room at temp. The "resort" has so much potential to be such a lovely place (as per the listing's photos). It's a real shame.

Staff were really accommodating and kind. Location was good and resort was a quiet escape from the town.

Pictures do not reflect current state/ upkeep of the resort. Confirmed that there was wifi in all rooms but when we arrived this was not the case (we work remote so a requirement for us). Staff moved us to a room closer to the router.
