The little front garden, the back private area even though not used. Front door and back door screens for fresh air were important for us.
The bedroom storage area in wal to wall cupboards very handy.
The bedside tables were very generous as we both use CPAP machines.
Sofa quite comfy.
Inclusion of a large clock on the wall would be a good idea.
We needed to buy some coat hangers. Could do with a few more.
The washer/dryer combo is not for us. Takes too long. Enjoy washing a load while drying another load. Could not wash and dry before we left.
Sheer curtains in front 2 rooms would be ideal for more privacy.
Shower pressure was only just ok. and was the least in all the places we stayed at in S.A., N.S.W. and Victoria.
We are looking to book again next year for the same amount of time. The only thing holding us back is no internet service.

The location of this property is awesome, we walked almost everywhere that we needed to which enabled us to attend our events over the 4 day weekend. The unit is lovely and clean, with everything you need.
Actually, I don't think there is anything we didn't like.

Much smaller than in photos. Didn’t like where smoke detector was placed. Not safe. Arrived and wrong keys were left in lock box waited in rain for replacement.

Attending a 4 day conference, the ability to go back to a quiet private unit & de brief was perfect

No shampoo or conditioner, no salt or pepper in the grinders. Not enough coat hangers Tried to contact the agent to let them know about the above via text message (replied to the message they sent me with arrival details) but never got a response.

Location was fantastic,,,very neat ,clean and tidy apartment
Would have been good if WiFi was available especially as we didnt know the area and were trying to find places to visit on our stay.Maybe a TV in the bedroom but not a deal breaker.

Very comfortable accommodation. Close to ammenities. Large living area, bedroom & bathroom. Weber BBQ in the rear courtyard was a welcome surprise.

Missing glass in WC window (WC was part of the bathroom/laundry space) made this area very cold and uncomfortable. The weather was cold and wet during our 3 night stay. Also no internet.

Superb, well-appointed unit/apartment, good size rooms, well equipped, bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Undercover parking and close to Albury's main streets and Hume Highway bypass. great look and feel, will definitely use again.
Wifi would have been a bonus.

It had a very pleasant feel. very spacious, comfortable and tidy place.
- The rubbish bin in the apartment was full and not emptied :(
- It would be good to have kitchen roll and tissue box in the apartment.
- A door mat in the apartment would help keep the apartment clean. Especially it was raining very heavily on the day we checked in and we felt very bad to walk in with our wet footwear :(

Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable bed, good storage in bedroom. Good sized bathroom with laundry facilities. Easy to park, close to Albury's main streets.
A few more coat hangers would have been appreciated.

This property was great! Great location, quiet, close to shops, and facilities. It was clean, comfortable and had enough room for the purpose of our 4 day trip. I was worried from previous reviews that I would have issues parking my Land cruiser, but this was not the case. The parking space was fine and close to the unit.
There was no Wifi which was a bit frustrating. The Wifi that was stated in the handbook, did not show up on my phone, so we typed it in manually and it could not be found. General internet range on 4G was also not great so any internet work was very slow and glitchy.

The unit is in a great location, the property was clean and comfortable with added attention to detail: washing liquid, pegs etc available. I would recommend the unit to anyone who would not be impacted by the negative feedback it is necessary to give. The contact people were helpful.
It was extremely difficult to park our 4x4 vehicle in the allocated parking spot. There was a dumpster and other hard rubbish close to and blocking the already tight spot provided for the unit. I would not recommend it to anyone in a large or high vehicle.
The rubbish collection arrived at 6am and was quiet noisy.

The advertised provision of wifi did not happen. Also no Netflix as promised. Coffee pod machine but no pods or any indication of type of pod needed (Not your normal Nespresso compatible machine)

Lovely property. Staff very helpful. Noisy neighbours was the only downside. Not their fault. Spotless place and loved having everything we needed including washing machine and clothesline. Would definitely stay again
