Quarto amplo, confortável, com roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, limpo e arejado. Atendeu nossas expectativas. Quanto ao café da manhã, era excelente, com variedade de frutas, produtos saudáveis, também para dietas restritivas. Todos os funcionários muito educados.
A localização é muito boa, mas a região está um pouco crítica, mal cuidada, único ponto.

Desde a localização (perto de tudo, inclusive o shopping) até o café da manhã. Foi tudo muito bom. Como foi nossa primeira vez em Joinville nos deram várias dicas.

Ralo do banheiro entupido, móveis antigos e precisando de manutenção, um dos elevadores estava fora de serviço (3 dias fora do serviço), estacionamento pequeno

encontrei no ralo do box cabelos do hóspede anterior, não havia shampoo e condicionador, solicitei e não levaram.
Na hora de dormir não consegui, pois o ar condicionado era muito barulhento, isso porque a máquina do ar é instalada dentro do quarto tornando o barulho insuportável.
Fui a recepção reclamar e me ofereceram um quarto onde o barulho era ainda pior… resolvi então voltar para o quarto e desligar o ar para conseguir dormir.
Paguei para ter conforto e não obtive, no checkout reclamei e o atendente parecia que eu falava com uma parede, só concordava.

Ótima localização perto do shopping, quarto amplo com cama confortável, café da manhã com bastante variedade, facilidade para utilizar o estacionamento.
O banheiro não tem janela e a falta de ventilação dificulta a secagem das toalhas.

Parking lot is free but too small. Staff manages this very well as you leave your car keys with them.
Area is a little noisy so its recommended choosing a room pointing the back street

The location and room size was really great. The free parking lot has made the difference for in and out around the clock. It was really quite at night. The breakfast was good!
The hotel was closed during the past two years, because of the pandemic (COVID-19), and they reopened 45 days ago. The services weren’t in full operations, with low number of staff members. The hotel is hiring new employees, but requires time for trainings all of them.
My wife and I had to move to another room after the first night, because the table and minibar were infested of ants.
The manager listened us attentively about the minor issues we found during the past three days to fix them quickly.
Another issue was being approached by homeless and/or drug addict people in the parking lot and in the check-in area. There wasn’t a security guard at night in the hotel property to protect the guests.
