excellent location to tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. great modern decor, super friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic daily breakfast buffet with your choice of eggs. everyone spoke great English which is good if your Spanish isn’t the best. They also have a great little rooftop space with a fantastic view which has a bar open Thurs-Sat. We booked for 2 and stayed for 5 we loved it so much and the staff had a lot to do with that. The airline lost my bfs luggage and they not only helped call the airline (our Spanish wasn’t great) but they followed up, always updated us and helped with recommendations. The hotel doesn’t have parking but we always found free parking right out front. they’ve got cameras in some areas to watch it too. That being said you don’t need a car if you’re only staying in VALPO. the driving and streets are crazy and hilly so save yourself the heart attack and walk around, it’s the best part of discovering the city. definitely try a free walking tour to see the main sights when you arrive.

the only drawback was the WiFi. it was generally working in our room (the loft was around the corner with its own router) but sometimes it was down/bad signal. staff was always there to help try and fix it but the router is ancient and could def use an upgrade. But it worked perfect in the main hotel area where most of the rooms are.

What a gem of a place! We booked this last minute after trekking in Torres Del Paine, and we received a very warm welcome. Our room was light and spacious, the roof top terrace has stunning views and the staff were great in organising an early breakfast for us before we left. Many thanks.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and great location. The decor was stylish and the bed so comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. will give suggestions to place to eats and will take their time explaining. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Was able to purchase a beautiful piece of art to cherish from the hotel also.

We originally were in a separate lofted room when it was a group of three of us and then shifted to room #5 that had a view of the water and a large tub and king sized bed. If you’re a couple, I definitely recommend room #5, it’s gorgeous and the tub is amazing.

The only con with our lofted room is that it’s a block away from the reception and had its own separate entrance but other than that, it was awesome too.

We were greeted and taken care of straight away by Max from the front desk. He assisted with our luggage and explained the facilities. After we settled in he made a lovely coffee for us and proceeded to explain the area with recommendations for restaurants etc. His colleague Juan Victor was also tremendously helpful with recommendations etc. They were both very kind and did everything to make our stay comfortable and homely. The decor was fresh and our room was well appointed. The building was quite modern inside and the decor had a coastal theme. Our room was air conditioned and the building had a lift. We really liked the area. Filtered water machine on bottom floor.

I thought the rooftop area needed to be enhanced. It had a wonderful view.

Very welcoming and helpful team from the Minute we arrived. The location let's you reach the majority of old town Valparaiso with its nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The room we had was spacious. The breakfast had all we wanted, was tasty, fresh and an excellent start into the day.

There is nothing negative to say, really. Maybe add a cutting knife in the kitchenette of the room. We were able to borrow one when needed.

We had an amazing stay. The hosts were friendly and always helpful. The rooms were comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Make sure to check out the rooftop bar.

Everything. This is a lovely accomodation for a romantic getaway, with EXCELLENT breakfast nd the nicest personell. It's in the historic center of the city with beautiful walks around..the clean, modern, neatly furnished, air conditioned room was one of the nicest during our Chile trip

Very nice boutique style hotel, in the most hype neighborhood in the city, large rooms, very very comfy bed, variety of tv channels (including in English), small kitchen with fridge, microwave, hot water with pressure. The hotel has amazing views from the rooftop, lovely common areas. Check in/out very late and very early 2 staff was very helpful and thoughtful!

No heating in the bathroom (no issue for us) and only AC type heating in the room. Breakfast good but would benefit from healthier variety including that of breads and cereals (with no sugar), milk etc. Quite unusual these days to also be asked to leave the key with reception while out and about. Could be generally considered expensive for what we have otherwise experienced in Chile.

We rented two double rooms for four people: the superior double and the loft. Both were fantastic. Very stylish, quiet, and comfortable. All of us were very happy with our stay and would come back here if we were to go back to Valparaíso.

We get a cozy two floor room, very confortable. The staff was very nice and it is pretty close to several restaurants. Also it has a roof with a bar which has a 360 view of Valpo
