Nice apartments, big and clean, with air conditioning in rooms. Good food in bar & restaurant.

There was not hot water during our stay.

Realky big appartment. Central location. A lot of restaurants near by

size of room/apartment were bigger then usual, it is spacious, also location is close to beach, bus stop is 50m away

...keys to open the apartment are "ancient" - it is not easy to lock the door - it took us several tries... for the price charged i would expect the breakfast included (owners seems to have also the restaurant) or at least some meal-discount at the property - but probably demand is so high they dont need to do it... when closing the restaurant (rooms are next to it), the staff was quite loud with it - it woke us up...

There was very bad wifi. In our bedroom “loyal” there was a kitchen but we had to pay extra to use it which has no sense if I pay for an apartment with a stove. There was a coffee machine but not even 2 capsules…

Really kind and helpfull staff, possibility to leave the luggage there after check-out and pick it up in the afternoon. Nice environment, spacey room/appartment with possibility to pay (50€/stay) and use kitchen, as well. Table and chairs. Fridge, aircondition and TV was working ok. Bed was ok, 3 types of pillows to choose. Restaurant not the cheapest one (pasta about 15€) but worthy, really good food and absolutely full in the evening (with italians, as well). City beach really near, starting almost across the street. Nicer one, Maria Pia reachable by bus easily and fast (around 15min.). Bus stop in front of the hotel (as well as to the airport). City center 10-15min. by walk. Lot of restaurants on the way, at the port most of them (pizza under 10€) and in the historical center a bit more expensive, plenty to choose. Nice squares and tiny streets.

We miss the balcony/terrace a bit as we didn't have any space for drying swimmsuits and towels. Sometimes we punched to the head as our room was situated under the roof with timbers. A bit of noise from the street and trashbins, but not from the road and with closed window it was quite ok for sleeping.

Spacious flat, great location, excellent food in the restaurant below.

Booking asked to pay extra and I still.don t understand why. I booked for 2 adults and 3 children a 3 bedrooms apartment but I ve been asked to pay 96 euros more.

The location, the apartment was great and big, super clean, super friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was excellent

Wi-Fi

We booked the loft for 3-4 people, huge and a pretty special location. It’s very quiet inspite of the waterfront location. No breakfast available. Dinner in the restaurant is highly recommended.

Friendly welcome from everyone whenever we returned from days out, free internal courtyard parking, huge airy apartment, perfect location with sea across the road and beach a little further along, a flat amble into Alghero Loved the restaurant food and staff, comfy beds, cleanliness and daily cleaner. Wifi worked ok. All exceeded our expectations and was value for money for the three of us for five nights in Capo Caccio appartment. Thankyou all.
