die lage war perfekt, für alle ausflüge um venedig. die fähre nur ein paar gehminuten vom haus entfernt. das auto konnten wir kostenlos im garten vor dem haus parken.

das einzige was gefehlt hat, war ein sessel, ein sofa oder ähnliches.

We borrowed bikes which was very nice for our grocery shopping!

Can not remind something

good location ( quick ferry to Venice ) and close to a beach. Good host, she is leaving in the next house so she was always available.

payed air condition. quite a small apartments but it was ok for us.

The location was the highlight, being only 5 minutes by foot from the boats to Burano and Venice. Also, free private parking on site. The apartment was very clean and had what you needed. Friendly host, allowed us to check in relatively late and also allowed us to leave our car well past the check out time.

As there are almost no places to eat breakfast nearby, it might be worthwhile to include some croissants or yogurt in the room.

Wonderful and helpful host. Nice little outside garden area. The location is perfect for visiting Venice: the vaporetto is less than 10 minutes walk away (and then a 30 minute boat trip). But: you're far away from the crowds, so it's beautifully quiet.

Nice apt. room, clean and good size. Fresh and clean garden. Hostess was very flexible and easy to reach. 5 min bike ride to the ferry, 10 to the beach. Good private parking and good information in the apartment about ferrys to Venice.

Could use some more kitchen appliances, like a decent knife etc, to cook. No air conditioning.
