La struttura è fin dall’ingresso molto caratteristica. Ogni stanza ha uno stile differente in base al piano in cui si trova, la nostra era Viceroy in stile British: molto elegante e accogliente. Il personale è stato molto gentile nelle nostre richieste. È possibile recarsi al rinomato Peacock Restaurant con il tuk tuk prenotato dall’hotel.

La colazione viene servita dalle 7:45 (un po’ tardi per chi deve partire), e va prenotata la sera prima. Il secondo giorno dovevamo ripartire presto la mattina, ma prima delle 8:10 non ce la potevano fare avere. Abbiamo acconsentito, specificando l’esigenza di riceverla in orario: è arrivata con più di mezz’ora di ritardo dopo numerevoli sollecitazioni e richiesta di annullamento del servizio. Da un hotel di questo livello non ci aspettavamo questo mancato servizio, dato che eravamo disposti fin dall’inizio a partire senza fare colazione se non fosse stato possibile riceverla in tempo.

La struttura ha un buon servizio lavanderia. Struttura pulita, stanze spaziose e curate. Pulizia negli spazi privati e comuni ottima. Ha un servizio di collegamento gratuito tramite Tuk Tuk che ti porta nell’hotel consociato nel caso si volesse cenare.

Such a cute boutique hotel. The decor is fabulous. The staff friendly and helpful. We also loved the restaurant at the nearby sister hotel, Peacock — rooftop restaurant with great food and live music.

Decent cab ride to the Pink City and tourist attractions. But you’ll want a break from that area.

Staff could be a bit more helpful (not rude but not very helpful) No restaurant on site TV, intercom and hair dryer didn't work (staff fixed TV and intercom on advising them, we didn't ask for the hair dryer to be fixed). Shower mixer was super weird and the water pressure was hardly enough to wash the soap off
