The hotel, pool and garden are amazing as are staff and food. We had an apartment which although basic was good. Beautiful gardens and restaurant balcony overlooking the pool. We didn't think photos did it justice. Very peaceful. Lovely place to stay.

The very small balcony on apartment, although enclosed had to be careful chairs didn't slip over edge . The hotel was further out of town than expected, quite high up. We walked down but got taxi back. Only found out on last day that there is a bus which reception did not mention, although we did ask about transport.

The location was very nice with a beautiful mountain view. I really enjoyed the peaceful environment with a big garden and loads of birds sounds.

The apartments were sizable and comfortable. When reserving the room we requested a gluten-free breakfast for my daughter who has Celiac Disease. Every morning the restaurant staff made sure that my daughter had multiple gluten-free options. They even went out of their way to point out which cold cuts were GF. It made breakfast and the entire stay much more enjoyable for us. FYI: The apartment/hotel is 2 miles up a steep and windy hill which is nice if you want to be removed from the activity of the city but doesn't really make it walkable from town especially if you have children with you.

The only mild complaint is that the wardrobes had a funky air freshner/Febreeze type smell that we could not tolerate so we just didn't use the wardrobes.

The view was outstanding and much better than I had imagined! Great facilities, very clean, polite staff, amazing pool area, fab hot tub!

Not a problem for my husband and me but our children would have liked wifi as good as that in the main hotel.

The room in the apartment were big and comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped and large. The balcony has beautiful view to garden with vegetables and to the mountains. Place was very clean. The breakfast was excellent will good variety.

We prefer one twin bed rather than two single beds
