Chegando na hospedagem a porta estava fechada. Tocamos a campainha e ninguém atendeu. Sorte que enquanto aguardávamos sob chuva, saiu um hóspede alemão, que através de mímica me perguntou se eu tinha a chave. Disse que não é ele me levou ao bar José Rei,, virando a esquina e o proprietário entregou- me as chaves.
Não havia nenhuma instrução na porta.
Serviu dois "pequeno almoćo" por R$ 8 euros . Foram duas torradas (meio pão) e um café de garrafa. Só!
Nas imediações não tem nada comercial num raio de 01 km.
Pegamos o ônibus de n. 08 e fomos para a Catedral de Santiago de Compostela marabilhosa.

La atención por parte de sus propietarios excelente, a tal punto que el ultimo dia no llegaba el autobús para santiago y el propietario sacó su coche y me llevó a mi y a tres peregrinos más a la estacion

La habitación era nueva. El hombre y la mujer muy majos.
La cama estaba pegada al armario por lo que te chocas durmiendo, se escucha todo lo de las otras habitaciones, el baño era viejo, tienes que ir si o si en coche porque está un poco lejos De Santiago, entraba mucho frío por la parte de abajo de la puerta. No había ni nevera ni nada.

I didn't have any problem at all, although it is a little bit outside the city, you can easily get a 1 euro bus or walk.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was not too big, but clean and cosy, with a beautiful view from the window. Breakfast is not included, but you can have it in their own cafe nearby for a price of €4 (coffee/tea, toasts with marmalade or tomatoes with olive oil, and a tasty homemade cake). We traveled by car, so it was very convenient for us that they had a free parking lot very close to where we stayed.

Staff across the board were friendly, and attentive! Really enjoyable stay. Felt very safe 😊 40 minute walk to town centre but I enjoyed this - may not be to everyone’s liking. I was very late checking in (delayed flight) and this was accommodated without question which I really appreciated.

The proprietor and wife were wonderful and went out of their way to ride me to a restaurant that was still open after my late arrival. I thought their pool facility looked very nice though I did not use. Breakfast (additional but reasonable charge) was fine. The whole place was very well maintained and clean.
My room needed a lamp to allow for enjoyable ambience and activities like reading in room. The bright overhead is fine for task lighting like cleaning or packing but not for living. Bathroom lighting was fine.

the bed was extremely comfortable, good shower
we booked a “deluxe queen room” but it was tiny. there was just the bed and about 40 cm space on each side. we didn’t sleep very well because we heard a lot of noises from the rooms next door, toilets flushing and water running. there was a pool but we were told we needed a bathing cap so we spent the afternoon looking for one in the area. we were unsuccessful because there is not a lot of stores around and when we came back there were people who live in the street in the pool, without caps. we wasted our afternoon.

A guy checking in at the same time paid 30% less than me for the same thing. When I asked why, the owner just shrugged his shoulders

Proprietor speaks English and is very helpful. Quiet residential area out town. The pool is really lovely! Basic rooms - just what I wanted.
The Hospedaje is on Rúa da Cañoteira not as shown on Booking.com but the proprietor called the taxi company for me. Some water noise at night from other rooms.

I love walking when I visit city's everything I wanted I was 30minutes walking to Cathedral pity it rained last 3 days but Jose is powerless over weather

The owners were extremely accommodating. Our grandsons enjoyed their saltwater pool, the trampoline, and soccer facilities in backyard. Large supermercado nearby.
Took us about 1/2 hour to walk to center, but good exercise. It’s right along the Camino Ingles, 3 km from Cathedral. Restaurant options limited.
