Good size of junior suite, clean rooms, bathroom etc. There was some leaking from the shower but they give plenty of towels. A bidet was also available in the suite’s bathroom. The lobby of the hotel is well decorated and spacious. The staff were friendly and the cleaner cleaned the room extremely well.

The Wi-Fi was not connecting in our room (117). We reported this multiple times and the staff only managed to fix it for an hour or so on the first day until it stopped working and the. nothing was done to try and fix it. We stayed for 3 nights and so it was very frustrating being without internet and having to rely on our own mobile data. The only location with Wi-Fi was in the lobby so I had to go downstairs to use the internet, it was very inconvenient to be honest. This is the main reason for the 6/10 rating. I don’t usually give neutral or dissatisfied reviews but this was a frustrating experience and one I Do not wish to have again. One solution could have been to give us a personal internet hotspot for our floor or to give us a few dirhams to pay for internet on our own phones but they did t suggest anything except to wait for their engineer to fix it.

the walls are inexistent: we heard loud noises until 4am coming from the beside room. we left one day before and none asked us the reason: it was so weird not having a reaction from the staff.

clean, near to multiple beautiful beaches and the staff are so nice.

Great location. The suite was clean and had a nice view over the sea. the employees were very helpful.
