A beautiful, spacious villa with a large veranda and immaculately kept pool in a tranquil location , surrounded by countryside and only about 8 minutes drive to the sea. Our excellent host Maria was extremely helpful, always available to promptly answer any questions.

Jest to piękny, chyba dosyć nowy dom zbudowany z kamienia z bardzo wygodną infrastrukturą w środku i wokół. Dwie sypialnie, łazienka między nimi, świetnie wyposażony elegancki salon z aneksem kuchennym i wyjściem na zadaszony taras. Obok basen, suszarka, leżaki. Dalej zacienione przez drzewa miejsce do relaksu przy stole. Z salonu, basenu, sypialni widok na morze, odległe o ok. 2km. Niedaleko trzy miasteczka gdzie można zrobić zakupy, piekarnia, tawerny - szczególnie polecam Lenia's Traditional Tavern w Psematismenos. Całość otoczona ogrodzeniem z bramą wjazdową na pilota, klucze do domu i pilota uzyskuje się po otrzymaniu kodu do sejfboxu umieszczonego obok bramy. Właścicielka bardzo miła, przysyła na whatsapp propozycje ciekawych miejsc do zobaczenia na Cyprze w bliskiej i dalszej okolicy, linki do knajpek i innych atrakcji,. To był super udany tygodniowy pobyt. Polecam szczerze każdemu.

the house looks amazing, exactly like the pictures. the pool is perfect, we have enjoyed it very much. the view is so beautiful. it was all we wanted and more

there is no air-conditioning in the living room so it was to hot to stay there during the day. but we asked for a fan and got it, the host was very lovely and understanding and bought a new fan for us. after we got it, it was much better.

The location is excellent for a quiet relaxing break. The pool was great and the property was very well equipped and comfortable.

The house are after renew incloud a big garden. And a new pool as well. The house and kitchen are acoupide well. The house have a big parcking area .We love the location surrounding and is 2 km from the beach. Maria was very helpfully in 24/7 with every issue or question .

Everything was good

A beautiful house in a perfect, quit location. We had a wonderful time, Maria was a great host who not only provided us with some necessities on arrival but who also sent us a long list of recommendations in the area and on the island. The house had everything we needed, it was comfortable, the pool is fantastic and there was more room than we knew what to do with. The location is a short drive from Larnaca airport, and there are good restaurants and a hypermarket in close vicinity.

If you are on vacation at Cyprus, it is simply a must to experience this house. Get your own impression, take a vacation and relax at this fascinating place. We are often on the road in the whole world and so we also stay in many houses. Whether Africa, Asia, Caribbean or North America nowhere we had such a beautiful house. Many thanks to Maria, that was an amazing stay.

Greeted with a warm welcome from the host, we were given so much guidance about the area, including food recommendations and google map links to supermarkets. Property was clean and comfortable with a traditional design. Kitchen had plenty of facilities. Pool and view were the highlight, just stunning!

Due to the rural location there were quite a lot of spiders, not the properties fault at all but something to note if you are not a fan. A bonus would have been an AC unit in the living area.
