perfect location, very clean, nice balcony

No oven, we ran out of toilet paper (one roll provided) and it wasn’t possible to get new one until the next morning so we had to buy some ourselves - bit of a hassle, one night table is a bit broken, some nights you can still hear the music from the restaurant next door

Spotless clean apartment, right in the heart of Zedar Old Town. Plenty of room in the apartment with an additional couch bed. The terrace was great for morning coffee. Compared to what you see on Google Street View the whole area has been done up with excellent local beers & nice food. I would highly recommend The Green Corner apartment for your stay. Thanks to Maya for having us.

We should have stayed an extra night or two, but we had already booked place to stay in Split

Great value for money.. excellent location and nice premises. Lots of shops and amenities but off the noise main road.

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable and Aircon wasn't cooling properly.

the location is superb, it is very quiet, the owner is wonderful

all the important things were perfect. improvements could be made on the minor details that don't cost almost anything but would make a big improvement on the comfort of our stay, e.g. there was only 1 wine glass, no kitchen towel) but really don't wish to complain, was a great stay.

The  apartment  is very well presented and equipped.The host is really kind and always responds to our enquires very quickly. The apartment location is great at the centre of the  old town .It is really clean and has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again if we come to Zadar in the future.

The location is in the heart of old city; Ivan the host was incredible nice and even picked us up from the airport at midnight; it was clean, with extra blankets and pillows; useful map of the town main attractions in the lobby; good and fast communication with the host during our stay.

The apartment was clean when we checked in, but no cleaning was made during our 7 days stay. We could easily keep the space clean and don't see this as a huge minus (that is why we didn't especially request it), but is something to take into account for longer stays.

Super clean, comfortable bed, blinds to keep out light and heat if needed, whole flat is spacious, spacious bathroom, kitchen with all you could need including a tea towel and washing up liquid! Finding the apartment was a small issue but we were met by Ivan who spotted us straight away! Yes there can be some noise, you are in the centre of the old town after all, but it really didn’t bother us at all. Location was superb! Everything on your door step and some amazing restaurants. Top tip, use trip advisor for your restaurants

Only small small things which could have been handy. Could have done with a sponge to clean the dishes used, an extra towel rail in bathroom as no where to really let bath towels dry. Could have used a small drying area on the balcony for wet swim stuff and beach towels, I am always conscious that hanging stuff on balconies and chairs and doors causes damage.

The property location was excellent, Ivan was in contact prior to arriving and met me outside the property. The Apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to self cater. The bathroom was new, clean with great hot water and shower pressure. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. It was nice to have a balcony, however I rarely used it as Zadar has so much to offer. Highly recommended, I would stay here again.

Nothing that I can think of, the apartment was great.

Everything was sparkling clean. Ivan was very friendly and communicative and the place is superb. The mattress on the bed is firm and of good quality. The whole apartment feels very cosy and welcoming. We liked it a lot! :) The location’s perfect and even if there is a tavern right below the balcony we didn’t hear any noise from the outside. Fantastic: the property was clean, central, and quiet, exactly as described, the host was super accommodating and flexible, responding quickly to messages and a pleasure to deal with. The air conditioning was a god send :)

Location was very good. Host was kind.

Wifi was really slow, and there was only one key (which can be a problem if there are 3 people), also the bedroom doesn’t have any air conditioning which meant it was pretty hot in the night.

Everything. A beautiful apartment in a great spot. Of the 75 or so places I have stayed in the past 4 years this was one of my 2 favorites. If it had a washing machine, I would enjoy living here for extended periods. A bread knife and a dish drying rack would have been icing on the cake.

The bedroom had no heat and it was winter, so it was cold. I asked for a space heater and the owner provided one immediately. After that, everything was perfect.
