Location close to town very good and it was clean and tidy Very nice staff
The tiled floor in the bathroom had no underfloor heating and the bathroom was freezing The bathroom heater switch is so high up you need to be very tall to reach it or have to stand on one of the small dinning cane chairs to turn it on Not a very good health and safety idea especially for mid seventy year olds !!!Also no bathroom extractor fan . The entrance into the unit which is the kitchen also freezing as the opaque glass door has no curtain Getting up in the night to go to through this cold area ( no heater here)to the cold bathroom not very pleasant There was. Only a 1kw oil heater in the bedroom area and a1800 wats fan heater (too noisy to l leave on )

Location was great - central and easy to walk to everything. Check in was easy and very friendly - good to be able to park car under cover as well. The bathroom felt newly renovated and was very clean - and halogen heat in there was welcome. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us.
Apartment was cold and difficult to heat up. Apart from the bathroom, the rest of the unit felt old and tired. The kitchen units and cooker were old and the living area felt very dated and musty round the edges. There was one additional electric heater for living room but it was not in the best condition. The beds were very soft (for us).

Spacious unit,close to city centre. Comfortable chairs as well as dining chairs. Friendly staff and covered parking. Heating had been turned on prior to my arrival ensuring unit was nice and warm.
My only criticism was the shower. It was difficult to get the temperature right and the pressure was low. Needs to be modernised with a flexible hand piece.

The location was perfect, very central but peaceful. Easy access to walking tracks along the river. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely spacious and very well appointed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The location was great, and the owner allowed me to park my car undercover around the back of the property. The room was good and bed comfortable. Near to lots of eating places. The two doggies were fantastic as well.

Our host Ali was attentive and checked with me about arrival time and progress in getting there on the day. Our self catered apartment had all we needed. The supermarket is one block away and restaurants within a few blocks. Although we were close to the main streets of Nelson it was very quiet at night. I'm a light sleeper and had no troubles with noise despite occasional noises from other apartments. The apartment was clean and looked well-maintained. We thought it was good value for money and met all our expectations.

Clean rooms and a good location
Was a little disappointed with the outlook. The photos online made it look like the property was right on the river and that there were views fron the units but this was not the case.
