I liked the area where the hotel was situated.
Lot of shopping zones and eatries
Hotel. One word nightmare. Cockroaches everywhere. Faulty light sockets. Mattress was flims. Linens where old and filthy. Pipes where loose etc etc

Location is good. However access is a narrow lane with chaotic parking. We did not order breakfast, too fancy a price. Bed was comfortable.
The AC report was non-functional. The adaptor for the fan in the room had no knob, so only one speed, the fastest was available. Though booked for double occupancy, only one towel was provided, and demand had to be made for additional towels. Towels supplied were used a thousand times already and should have been discarded, as they had lost their white clean sheen. No hot water for travellers arriving after 4 pm! We had to wait till next morning. Water in the bath drained very slowly so the next person for a bath had to wait at least 15 minutes to enter the bathroom.

The location is great, right in the city centre. However, the room doesn't look like in the pictures. It's still fairly good value for money, but lower your expectations a lot.
The property doesn't look like in the pictures, it looks worse, is smaller and not so clean. Also, please take into account that it's for locals only.

It was closer to bar .. its so noisy at night.. no hot water throughout the day.. I wanted to refresh in the evening.. but no hot water..

The Reception staff very unpolite and rude, he behaved like a boss to us ... Wi-Fi not connected..They treatted as second rated citizen, those who booked under booking.com and other sites..last trip we were staying in the same hotel, and was good in all respects and I gave excellent rating ..but this time not good ...

The room not clean and bath room was pathetic … no refresh and breakfast utter waste. Just idly and uppuma RS. 200/- it totally wast of money.. I spending 2600 for 1 night stay with waiting at lobby..

I havent liked anything, was a bad exprerience.
First of all, you don't feel welcome in this hotel, the lady at the reception is very grumpy and she doesnt even smile or look at you. Then we got a room where the bed sheets were so old that they were grey rather than white. Phone wasn't working, we had no hot water in the evening, bathroom had a very bad smell and we had the noise of some other AC all night. Last thing when we got a problem at the check-in because she made us paid the full amount when I had already paid an advance she just told me call the customer care and showed a little board. We had no wifi also. So dont stay there, wont be a good memory.

the location was the only good thing i liked as it was in city
it was worst experience i stayed for four days and it happened to change three rooms as the room facilities were not working. The night staffs were not upto mark. breakfast nothing other than idly dosa no varieties and the dining was not clean. the fab brand name was really spoilt

Almost nothing.
Wifi not working. Worst breakfast with practically nothing to eat. Water leak into the floor in the room. Very noisy liquor shop and bar close to the boundary of the hotel. Noise disturbances even after midnight. Will never stay there.

Staff was quite rude and the room was not very clean. I was allocated some old room, that doesn't have proper utilities upto the mark. Overall a very disappointing experience.
