We really liked the walk in shower, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette was great to make breakfast.

It was a bit difficult to wash clothes at the property, bonus was it was free to use the washer and dryers.

avoid at any cost rooms on the ground floor - they are super noisy, right at the BACKDOOR of the kitchen of the pizza restaurant, otherwise prepare to hear plates washing, pans on the fire, etc. we were lucky and thank Saif (staff) who was friendly and willing to help us change a room on the 2nd night. --beds are small --there are no double-size duvets each one of us had a single duvet --pillows are very awkward you could easily say that they were more than a sheet in a pillowcase --rooms are super noisy this is not a place for couples - it is a "romance atmosphere destroyer" it may be ok for business trips or friends

the late check-in time and early checkout. i mean generally it’s either 2 or 3pm. if they should go with 4pm then checkout should be at least 12nn

Would have been easier if there would have been a Reception during the day at least as messages and e-mails could not be received on Cellphone as we had no data for Germany

It is in a TOP location, basically all the major attractions are within walking distance. I cannot stress enough how perfect is this location to visit Freiburg, so close to the vibrant city center but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and correspondent to the pictures. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the course of my stay (and even before when I contacted them to ask some questions).

the property description made it sound like the washer and dryer was in the unit - it was not. we had to use shared facilities in the basement which was inconvenient because we planned to start laundry then head out. the listing should be much more clear that the laundry facilities and shared and located in the basement. otherwise, very positive experience.
