It was very homely

No enough blankets for the put up bed, that we used for our son. People in the building very loud when walking around outside the rooms, also people trying to get into our room which was quite alarming especially have a young child in the room.

Towels could have been changed if you were staying more than a couple of nights

Very nice building. Well maintained. Clean, tidy. Easy access via code system. Lots of communication via messages about entry codes, check in etc. all very easy.

I would recommend this lovely Aparthotel, its very clean, well maintained and very quiet, No checking reception which offers full security, Free parking or off street parking. 20 mins walk into Central Bournemouth.

Apt was clean and quiet.

No staff, no atmosphere, was hoping for romantic little BnB for £110 per night. Decor was new but styles like a 70's retirement home. Constant messages asking what time we were arriving/leaving... why there are no staff! If we wanted to arrive early/late you can arrange through booking form, very annoying on evening out.

The room (No 3) was very spacious and well decorated. But most of all it was SPOTLESSLY clean 😍

The bedding and pillows great quality, but we did not find the bed very comfortable.

Everything! Large rooms, excellent bedding, perfect sofa in seating room, bathroom new and stylish, big kitchen, location is amazing. 7 min to left side a huge ASDA, another side 7 min walk TESCOExpress. Round the corner bus M2 that can bring you to the city centre, to Pool. Day tickets £4,80. 15 min walk to the beach ⛱️, alternatively bus M2 🚌 will bring you there as well. Very touching things : in the seating room a lots of books 📚, uf you are reader, you have a choice! We are absolutely delighted about our stay, and we will definitely be back next year.

Just a very small solution : TV needs a stand or TV rack. The kitchen needs a kitchen knife 🔪, salat bowl 🥣, and frying pan lid (we had a small incident with a fire alarm that went off when we stir-fried a mushroom ).

We stayed in a family room… felt Very luxurious. Support was available via text or phone call which was fantastic. Really comfortable room with high quality amenities . We loved the no contact chick in/out service. Parking was available which was fantastic

Tea and coffee in the room

I booked a double room, but received a tiny single room.on 2nd floor No other rooms available. Stayed 1 night and requested a refund and booked other accommodation. Didn't like remote check in, as no one there to complain, Had to call customer service, then liaise via booking.com. However refund took 10days to be received.

Location of the property was good and it was clean

Rooms were way too small and so was the washroom. We were unable to even walk properly in the room. And the washbasin was right in the bedroom which was very odd. While booking it was written that property provides hair dryer which they didn't, things like such are very misleading.

Veeery cosy, welcoming and quiet place where you can really relaxand feel at home. 15-20 minutes walk from the beach. No problem with parking (free). Overall very nice experience

Not much to say, to much money just for bed. Advertised as B&B but no breakfast. Only people in the place not surprised, the second time we feel let down.

The property was having a lovely old decor.

The room was very dirty, the bathroom tiles paint was falling apart, the bathroom walls were mouldy as well as the room window blind, there were spiders running around as well as lots of spider webs, it was dust everywhere, we had to clean the surfaces before using and the pillow cases had different types of hair on...it was a very bad experience sleeping in there. When we went in the garden there was dog poop. I do not recommend this property unless it has a whole make over or they will hire a good cleaner. It is such a shame as it is very nice decorated and Simon is a lovely host, but unfortunately it is not looked after and we paid for a nice place to sleep but it felt like we were sleeping outside...
