Ideal for a beach holiday, close to shops and restaurants yet away from all the amusements and funfairs. The property comes with a hot tub but we hardly used it as the weather was so nice. Unusually unlike most resorts, dogs are welcome on the beach with responsible owners so you really can take all the family. Although it was quite expensive I do believe that it was worth the outlay. thank you Vrbo.

We love Mudeford and the surrounding areas. It was our first time staying in Southbourne. The property and location were excellent. A beautiful sandy beach is just yards away from the front door. We all had a lovely stay

Myself and a group of friends stayed at this property over a weekend. The location couldn't be better, right on the sea front and just a 5min walk down to Southbourne beach which was a great little section of beach, especially with the new Sobo Beach area jusy opened. It does sit on a relatively busy road so rooms to the front of the property can experience some traffic noise if the windows are open. The house itself was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen and balcony on the middle floor are great communal spaces. The garden is a good size and well equipped with a bbq, garden table and chair, loungers and a hot tub. The front drive is a decent size and we managed to squeeze 4 cars on it comfortably. Unfortunately there were a few things that let our stay down - the bbq was not in a great state, not clean and the gas cylinder was empty so we couldn't even use it during out stay despite wanting to; the hot tub was on when we arrived however we later found out that it hadn't been set to the correct mode prior to our arrival (sleep 'SL' instead of standard 'ST') and so didn't heat up for us to use on the first night. We managed to get it working on the second day to use for our final night, however it was a shame we missed the first night's use as we were told it would be on and ready to use for our arrival. Finally, there were a few essential items missing from the house that were listed as being included - coffee, pepper, milk, bin bags, etc. Which we ended up having to go source ourselves for the stay. Finally, the most disappointing aspect of our stay was the lack of communication during our stay. We messaged the property manager notifying them of the issues we were experiencing (noted above) and they never responded or attempted to make contact with us to resolve the issues. This was a real shame and let down what was otherwise an excellent property and an enjoyable stay.

Three ladies celebrating their 60th and friends... Loved the house, very clean and well furnished . Diasapointed that jacuzzi was not available, few little things would improve stay. Needs tea towels or cloths to clean up with. Bottle of fizz was lovely but would have appreciated milk and biscuits more as we were awaiting supermarket delivery. Couldn't find any local restaurant or delivery details always good to have this available. We found them on Google though and had a wonderful stay. Awaiting refund for the lack of hot tub, but would certainly return 😊

Beautiful house in a great location. Well equipped and immaculate property. Would definitely book again!

Lovely and stylish property. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen area could have been better equipped. Not many cooking pans and trays. We did however manage to cook a full English breakfast. Could have done with a contact mobile number to obtain access code. Landline was not answered. Very sociable living space with enough room for my party of 8 ladies. Fantastic sound system for music. We even made use of the outdoor cabin for a guest and her dog to sleep in. Manager at the Spyglass was most accommodating. Think we will definitely return. Lovely property great location

We had an excellent 3 night stay at this beautiful house by the sea. My wife and my 3 kids (8, 12, 15 years old) loved it. We would definitely stay again.
