Firstly a word about the owners. They really care about you having the best time in their property. They are in constant contact with you sorting out stuff to make your stay the most hassle free. The villa is in the perfect location, on the golf course, 10-15 minute walk to the Shopping complex and 5-minutes by taxi into the centre of Caleta. The villa itself is sensational, immaculate inside and out. The pool are is secluded even though you face the 2nd fairway. Found a few golf balls in the pool over the two weeks! The heated pool is like a spa, the outside area is large enough for 5 adults to lose themselves. The 360 panoramic roof terrace is magical for sunrises and sunsets. The lounge area is equipped with all UK TV, Netflix and Prime. The bedrooms are substantial and every area bar the twin room has air con which was amazing for sleeping in the evening. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped (we left you a nicer wine opener and a pizza wheel Karin) The Fridge Freezer is top notch as is the hob and cooker and the Nespresso machine was very well used. You also get access to a washer and iron which is amazing so you don't have to bring too many clothes. The nicest touch about the villa, it has a suggestions book and the owners have implemented almost all of them, great touch. This was our last family holiday together as our kids have grown up. Would I come back, absolutely in a heartbeat. Thanks, Karin & Thomas what a wonderful fortnight.

This is a fantastic villa which we loved and was a great base for our stay. The villa is in a great location, nice and quiet, yet close enough to all local amenities. The area is easy to get around with lot's of transport options to allow you to explore. Karin was so helpful and thanks to this we had no issues at all thanks to all the information provided. The villa has everything needed, is in great condition and is very well looked after. We would definitely book again and also recommend to anyone looking for this type of holiday.

The Villa was to a very high standard and was one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in. It was extremely well equipped with additional little touches, such as a coffee maker, welcome pack (sugar, milk, water, tea bags & coffee pods etc) and smart speaker with Spotify (which we’ve never used before). The Villa was exceptionally clean and you can tell that the owners take pride of their property.
Karin (the owner) was extremely helpful with all communication and responded to any queries very quickly, before and throughout our stay.
The location of the Villa is excellent and very peaceful.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this Villa and will return one day.

Wonderful villa in a lovely quiet area and view of golf course. Had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fab pool and sunbeds. We loved the roof terrace too. 10/15 min walk to the shopping mall and another 15/20 mins into the central area. We loved the area. Was so quiet but still close to everything. Karin was so helpful, kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely book the villa again when back in the area and would recommend this villa to all.

This property met our requirements perfectly. It was clean, well equipped, great pool and very close to the seafront and restaurants/shops. We have stayed at a few villas on the Fuerteventura Golf complex and this is definitely the best looked after - it felt like a real home from home.
Communication with Karin the property owner was spot on. If we did have a problem (which we didn’t), I feel certain she would have been quick to help.
Overall, a good experience and we hope to pay a return visit before too long.

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday at this fantastic villa. The villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped- the owner has thought of literally everything that you might need during your stay. The fixtures and fittings, both inside and outside the villa, were of a very high quality. The photos do not do it justice! Karin was very helpful and communicated well with us before and during our stay. We have stayed at several villas over the years and this was the best one by far.

Lovely, well equipped and comfortable house especially the beds ! High standard of cleanliness throughout the property and walking distance to a reasonably sized supermarket and if you walk further round to the harbour there are lots of restaurants too.

This wonderful villa is perfectly located, whether you intend on staying in every night or fancy trying some of the local eateries.
The urbanisation it is based in is pin drop quiet at all times of the day or night. You do hear the airplanes landing at the airport but not in a way that will disturb your holiday. The benefit of the locality of the airport means you can be at the villa within 10 minutes of picking up your hire car, helping both your arrival and departure efforts.
The Atlantico shopping centre is a 10 minute walk away, with a Spar supermarket and restaurants to suit every need at very reasonable prices. It also backs on to a wonderful sandy beach. But a short drive or 30 minute walk up the road will lead you to Playa del Castillo with everything that Atlantico provides but in greater size and scale.
The villa was spotless when we arrived, the pool was cleaned twice in the week we visited and the comprehensive instructions provided by Karin meant we had no unanswered questions. The kitchen within the villa had everything you would need to fulfil all your culinary desires and the aircon systems provided the necessary relief from the wonderful heat we enjoyed whilst there. However, we used the aircon sparingly as simply opening the windows and doors will soon bring the villa temperature to where you want to be.
If you haven't guessed already, this was one of the best villas my wife and I have stayed in and we would have no issues recommending it to anyone.

From the moment we booked this property there was very clear communication from the owners Karin & Thomas.
The location of the villa is a 10 min walk to beach & shops. It is also situated facing the golf course.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area which is a fabulous bonus. However it would have been a nice addition if there was an umbrella as the sun was strong at times.
The spaciousness of the villa was superb & it was so so clean. I would strongly recommend a stay at this villa. We would love to go back in a heartbeat!

Karin has a beautiful villa in Fuerteventura, the interior is well looked after and finished to a high standard. Any problems we had were quickly resolved by the owner. It is hard to find any faults, however some extra shade or parasols in the garden would be welcomed for those that want some total shade from the hot midday sun. Perhaps less signs and a central folder of information would be helpful. Truly a stunning villa in a quiet and secluded location, with comfortable beds and a high spec'd kitchen and fast internet if you need it. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

It's in a great location on Las Cascadas. A car is not essential.
It's a well fit out villa with a nice pool area. We like the shaded area with comfy seats & nice sofas on the roof area.
Karin the owner was very helpful & punctual, which made for a relaxing booking & stay.

We travelled in a party of two families, with two teenagers. From booking to arrival Karin was very helpful with any questions we had. The villa is approx 20 minutes from the airport and the taxi was approx 14 euro. The villa is beautiful with modern furniture and decor and is well equipped. it is also in a great location (10 minutes walk to the large Eurospar, shopping centre and a handful of restaurants). 20 to 30 minutes and your in the centre, with many more bars and restaurants (or you can pay 3.50 euro in a taxi). We were provided with both bathroom towels and pool towels. On arrival we received a welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk and a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The villa catered to all our needs. The TV has all English channels. The pool is a very good size and welcoming. We had a couple of barbacues. Cleaners came in at the end of the first week to change the bedding and the pool cleaner cleaned the pool. It is a very well maintained villa, in which we would definitely return to. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to holiday of the island. We did not need anything. We had the best holiday in a great villa, in a great location.

Wonderful Villa
Fantastic villa in a great location.
Karin, the owner, made the whole experience from initial contact, to booking, through to check in, a breeze. Her communication was outstanding throughout. We have hired many holiday villas in many different countries over the years and this one is definitely highly recommended. The location on Campo de Golf is excellent- just a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the beaches and shopping centre. From there a walk along the seafront promenade to a huge number of cafes, restaurants and bars.
The villa itself was immaculate. A/C in all three bedrooms and the lounge was a godsend. The villa is spacious with everything you need, ample seating and dining throughout and the roof top terrace with views of the golf course and sea was spectacular. The pool was lovely and warm (no need for pool heating in May/June) even though we have stayed in villas with bigger pools, this is as big as you will get in Fuerteventura.
Little touches like leaving Mosquito repellent plug ins in the wall and water, tea and nespresso pods were great.
Would most definitely highly recommend.

Just ending our 2 week stay at this fabulous house, from start to finish the correspondence with the hosts has been amazing. A beautiful house, located next to the golf course in Fuerteventura. We had a nice view. The house was well equipped and very clean. Supermarket and shops within walking distance. The contact with Karin was friendly and fast..

5* In every respect
Just returned from 11 nights at this truly wonderful property.
I could not find fault with any aspect of the property, it would be churlish to try and find a flaw.
The property is large, light and airy, with very good A/C coverage, Every conceivable convenience has been catered for.
The kitchen is truly exceptional with all required gadgets and utensils all of a very high standard, as well as a separate utility area with washing facilities.
The living room has ample seating and full sports and entertainment on the wall mounted smart TV. There is also a large six person dining table.
The three bedrooms have ample storage, the master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam bed with direct access to the deck and pool.
Finally, the outside area is just the jewel in the crown. A huge (8m I think)1.5m depth pool with high quality tables, chairs and loungers. A Canarian barbecue and rooftop sun terrace. You won’t be spending much time indoors, you might want to take up our hobby of watching terrible golfers make their way down the second fairway!
Shops, bars and restaurants are within a 10 minute walk, with further options another 10 minutes. Or you could be lazy like us and install the ‘taxiclick’ app and a cab will be with you in a few minutes.
Finally, a big thank you to Karin, the owner, who is a kind, thoughtful and very gracious host. She is the embodiment of how owners should deal with guests, nothing was too much trouble and all questions were replied to almost instantaneously. It was like dealing with an old friend.

We wanted to relax in Spring sunshine, and Karin's wonderful villa supplied just that. As stated, the Atlantico Centre and Spar supermarket is just ten minutes walk away. Taxis just outside for the first 'Big weekly shop', thereafter a daily walk to buy bread, cakes and good main meal food from the cafe/takeaway area of the store. An extra thirty minute walk along the promenade gets you to Caleta de Fuste which has excellent restaurants and patisseries.
Karin's pool is lovely but beware of the steep steps into the water. If you need to cool off whilst sunbathing, the roof terrace catches Fuerte's famous breeze, and affords excellent views to the coast and of the golf course. Expect to find a ball or two in the garden or pool!
The sun loungers are far enough away from golfers and incoming planes not to be disturbed by them. The slatted canopy breaks up the fierceness of the midday sun, thus allowing full use of the outside area for the whole day.
Gaby and her team, plus two visits per week by the pool man, keep the villa in tip-top condition.

Always a pleasure visiting the island
Having been coming to the island for many years we’ve found Caleta de Fuste as the best area to visit.
We’ve been renting villas for the last 6 years and have enjoyed every single one.
This villa was very clean had everything we needed for our stay.
Kitchen was very well stocked with what was required for all round cooking.
Bathrooms very clean and the shower was very good.
Bedrooms were comfy and clean bedding was changed weekly.
Living room was nice and compact with a large dinning table.
Nice sofa for tv viewing.
This is an excellent villa for all your needs for a fab holiday on the island

It was beautifully presented a real home from home . well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday . the kitchen was modern and had little extras - coffee / tea / coffee pods hand wash / washing up liquid / dishwasher tabs etc and the complementary welcome pack was much appreciated . the villa was spotlessly clean on arrival . the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the black out curtains and blinds were fab . the garden and pool were fab with a lovely view onto the golf course . a real sun trap and so quiet and peaceful , a lovely place to relax . air con was great , in all rooms . great location 10 min walk to the Atlantico shopping centre / beach . we met gabby on arrival and found her to be very pleasant and helpful . our party consisted of 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all . we have stayed in many villas in caleta and I wouldn't hesitate to book this one again it was fabulous !

Fantastic Villa, close to beach and local amenities.
Thank you Karin for letting us your lovely Villa. It had everything you could possibly need and nicely decorated. Beds were extremely comfortable and with the aircon we all slept well. Our teenage children loved the swimming pool and having Netflix!! We would love to return again in the future.
