Lebkuchen Haus mit spektakulärem Blick auf das Wasser. 1300 Quadratfuß 1 1/2 Geschichte 5 -10 Minuten von Beautiful Topsail Island. Hop & Skip vom Back Gate zum Militärstützpunkt & Stone Bay. Auf der anderen Straßenseite von der New River Marina und Swan Point Marina. 20 Minuten von der Stadt Jacksonville NC, und 45 Minuten vom historischen Wilmington NC. Unser Haus liegt direkt gegenüber von den beiden Jachthäfen, also bringen Sie Ihr Boot mit. Sie können Ihr Boot gegen eine geringe Gebühr starten oder einen Bootsbeleg für die Tage kaufen, an denen Sie übernachten. Wir empfehlen, den Bootsbeleg zu reservieren. Der Blick auf das Wasser ist von Chadwick Bay und dem Intracoastal Waterway und eine 5-minütige Bootsfahrt zum New River.

This cute cottage is tucked away in a quiet fishing town about 15-20 minutes to the beach. Very happy with communication, house supplies, comfort, and cleanliness. Great spot for a girls' weekend away.

The house was nice and comfortable. We had everything that we needed there. The only negative is that we had to drive to the beach, but that still did not hinder our fun or make the stay bad.

Very clean. Nice yard. Close to the beach. Everything we needed was there and organized. Tons of info in the house manual. Plenty of room for my family. Cathy was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time, and the host was very responsive. We had a lot of fun at Topsail beach (14 minutes away) and relaxing. The cottage was impeccably clean and well stocked. We hope to visit again.

Great Location in Marina
We were coming to topsail to fish for my dads birthday. Was the perfect spot for all 5 adults and our dog. We were able to put our boat in right across the street. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyable long weekend...
My wife, daughter, dog Riley and I enjoyed our stay in Sneads Ferry. The home was clean, and stocked with everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. Short trip to N Topsail and Surf City beaches which we really enjoyed. Cathy couldn't have been more helpful with her pre-trip follow-up and Cathy's son Jason's reaching out to us during our trip to make sure we had everything we needed and, if not, to let him know! Restaurant suggestions were awesome and we look forward to the next trip!

A little piece of heaven in Sneads Ferry
We absolutely loved Cathy's place. It was well stocked and was so homey. We had two couples over for a small picnic and we had everything we needed in her kitchen to make a nice BBQ for our friends. The beds were comfortable, the AC and dehumidifier a Gawdsend. I have a very demanding professio so this was a overworked Mama's dream. Relaxation, peace and quiet and family. We will be back...

visit to Topsail
Everything that our host did to make sure we would feel welcomed was the most lasting impression I have. Additionally, this is a super cute property with access to the waterway, and walking to the Marina to see the boats was my Aunt Ruthie's favorite part of our stay in this home.

Sweet getaway
The cottage is charming, clean, just what I had hoped for. Water view but not waterfront. Neighborhood is older commercial fishing, not resort/tourist. Relaxing & delightful.

Cute Cottage Nice Location
This is a well maintained property. Plenty of room for a small family to stretch out and relax. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay there. The only issue we had was the bathroom and kitchen could use a little deep cleaning or possibly better cleaning between guest stays. Still a good place!

Nicest place I’ve stayed
This home is beautifully decorated and so clean and smells amazing!! She had a cute basket with coffees and creamers and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with. In addition there were condiments and spices, bathrooms had extra toothbrushes and toothpaste and shampoo etc. we didn’t get to stay long. We came in to see my son in Marines. I will come back again.

Quiet vacation getaway!
We found this property to be just what we were looking for in this nice little quiet fishing village of Sneads Ferry that we used to call home. After moving away for a year, a vacation was due. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the front porch or patio. Close enough to Topsail Island for a day trip and close enough to town if you wanted to go shopping. If you love seafood, you're only a few minutes away from several great restaurants. You can purchase fresh-off-the-boat seafood from any of the local family-owned/operated fish/seafood houses. Communication with the owners was never an issue. We will definitely book here again next year.

Excellent place to stay

Close to heaven

Full Moon Over the Waterway
Pleasant spacious grounds with coastal oaks, ample outdoor patio and seating with view of water down the lane. Well-appointed kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook your meals. Friendly neighbors and walkers waved and said hello. Quick access to Topsail Beach and not too far from Surf City either.

Quaint charming house
My family stayed here for my nephews birthday weekend and we absolutely loved the house. I loved that the house was tucked away on the waterway yet very close to the beach. The property owner was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This place is super cute. Beds and furniture are comfy. The owner is so pleasant and responsive. The home has little touches and pretty much anything you need, right down to having extra shampoos and makeup towels in the bathroom! If you have a boat it’s super convenient. Would stay here again!
