1) the mgmt is super rude.. Gino. He charge me penalty of RM300 of the stain light stain on the floor and being so rude. It’s seems like they just looking to find fault to hold guest money. They even threatened me saying will file report for that. The check in at 3pm and check out at 11am.. not even 24 hrs, paid for the extended hrs. I ended up paying them more than RM700 now. Not worth the value for staying there!!!

Complicated checkin procedures. TV channels for locals only.
Pool wasn’t useable unless you purchase new Malaysian approved swimwear. They even have a pool guard checking your attire, normal board shorts rejected!

It is right in the middle of the city. Within walking distance to Gerbang Malam, restaurants and shopping area.
Pillows provided are too hard. No mirror in the rooms. Shower water pressure could be improved.

property was clean, good quality furnishing, washing machine was clean and very useful, drying rack was in front of aircon compressor so hot air dried clothes super quick. location was close enough to all the famous places to try. easy to communicate with the property managers
not very important but a lack of tv channels, no English/cartoon channels for the kids. but it’s not a deal breaker.

We have found that the location is very convenient for finding food even when we are not local. In addition to being very clean, the apartment is well-equipped with all necessary items. There is a wonderful view of the infinity swimming pool from the balcony, as it can be seen from there.
Possibly adding an additional parking spot to accommodate the next rental who may travel by two separate cars would be a good idea. Other than that, no other improvement is required.

I like the unit B73 and it was cosy and perfect for 7 in our family. Love the easy access to the pool via our balcony and the breeze was nice.
Wished it had a carpet as the marble floors were cold. Plus the water stench (from the tanks repairs in our block perhaps) was horrible. We had to spray/Febreeze them rooms each day. But over, it was a good unit. Balcony should come with a table and some chairs so we could sit out. :-). Need more toilet tissues for a 2 day stay :-)

The suite was spacious. 3 rooms were more comfortable for my family. Complete facilities like washing machine, air cond, heater, wifi, tv, fridge and more. Valuable for money paid.
The 2 toilets were got urine smell during check in. My wife was cleaned it.

all the facilities and necessities are provided. they have smart tv for entertainment. the apartment got 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. they also provide extra mattresses, pillows and blankets. suitable for family stay. note: the bathroom in master bedroom is hidden. i saw lot of reviews said they didnt get fully deposit back. but in my opinions, as long you take care the property in a good way and didnt cause any problems, you’ll get back ur deposit money. i got back the deposit in the same day. after all it was a pleasant stay for me 👍🏻

The staff was not prepared for us to come. Booking made earlier, and when we were there, they could said they overlook our booking. Not even a single word of apology. It took so long before we can enter the house after the tiring journey. I sincerely suggest the staff should learn on manners
